Global imports BMW and it's associates continue to set an example of how a dealership should be run. I had the pleasure of having Scott Jackson as my service associate at my most recent visit. They were accommodating , knowledgeable, and kind. They truly helped make my experience there great. The service team was able to fix my vehicle while not just throwing parts at it. They were able to identify the real problem and provide a solution to it. The parts they DO provide are OEM, and good quality. On top of this: They have been absolutely great about honoring any warranty concerns I have. I continue to enjoy the comfortable waiting area , full restaurant, and free wifi every time I visit, as well.

I purchased my second BMW, Saturday 8/9/25 literally took all but 45 minutes to get approved and complete paperwork… I purchased a 2025 BMW X4 30i XDrive w/M package. 1st test driver, 1st owner w/8 miles on the dash.. Mike knew all details of the vehicle and won me over with his attention to detail. Brian made sure we were building a relationship beyond the sale. Ashton closed the deal with ease and efficiency. Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.
