Fred Roe supported me. - belerafonte

Fred Roe supported me. He was excellent. I would certainly reference new business to him.

Excellent experience, very honest place. - jerry

Excellent experience, very honest place. absolutely no sales pressure. I purchased a Dodge truck from them last November and had such good luck with it wife and I decided to come back and buy a Buick Lucerne for her. It has been 3 weeks now and the Buick is running great for the price I paid I think I had an excellent deal . I have had absolutely no problems other than a tire that we had to change but I think that is to be expected on a used vehicle. I notice that a lot of people give this place crazy bad reviews when you have every opportunity to look the vehicle over and drive it before making a purchase like we did. You have to be realistic about buying older vehicles with higher mileage that they will always be some type of little things wrong. I think the fact that all of inventory is just about priced at under $4,000 keeps it really affordable. I would recommend anyone hands down to shop here and buy a vehicle just remember it is used not brand new.

I had been looking for some time but all the other - donna

I had been looking for some time but all the other dealerships weren't nice or helpful at all!! So I went to Tropical Auto Sales, right away a was approached by Mike Ainsworth, one of their many salespeople. He was very friendly, nice and so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I might add he was very funny too which made me relax and feel comfortable. Everyone there was so kind and sweet, I felt like I knew them forever. Mike explained all my options til I understood everything completely. I bought my dream car, a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox ! I'm so thrilled !! So, if you need a vehicle, go see Mike Ainsworth and the rest of the crew at Tropical Auto Sales where they treat you like family not just a customer !! Big thanks again Mike !!

⭐️ 1 Star I went to A+ Auto in Miramar to purchase a - lizloup15

⭐️ 1 Star I went to A+ Auto in Miramar to purchase a vehicle for my son. From the very beginning, I made it very clear to the salesperson that I was ONLY interested in a vehicle with a clean title. The salesperson showed me a 2022 Honda Civic that my son really liked, and I asked multiple times if the vehicle had a clean title. I was repeatedly told YES. The paperwork process was extremely rushed. I asked Alonzo, who handled our financing paperwork, for the Carfax, and I was told that the room where it needed to be printed was locked and that I would receive it the next day when we brought the car back to have the sunroof repaired. When I got home, I checked the Carfax myself and discovered that the vehicle had a REBUILT title. This was extremely upsetting because I had specifically asked multiple times about the title before purchasing the vehicle. I immediately went back to the dealership and questioned Alonzo about it. Instead of taking responsibility or addressing my concerns, he acted as though he didn’t know anything and blamed the salesperson. I felt like nobody was taking my concerns seriously. I also discovered that the paperwork I signed did indicate the rebuilt title. I take responsibility for signing the paperwork without taking enough time to read every page carefully, but I still feel that my repeated questions about the title should have been answered honestly and clearly before I signed anything. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the only issue. The salesperson also promised my son that the sunroof would be fixed and that a missing silver trim piece would be installed. I called and texted repeatedly, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, I became tired of trying to get answers and following up with the dealership. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. My biggest concern is that I specifically stated that I wanted a CLEAN TITLE and repeatedly asked whether the vehicle had one. I expected transparency and honest communication throughout the purchase process. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership get the Carfax and all title information themselves BEFORE signing anything, take their time reading every document, and make sure every promise made by the salesperson is put in writing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Avoid this dealership. - steve.kurtzman

Avoid this dealership. I bought a used Tesla. Needed the wheels replaced. They replaced the wheels with defective studs/lugs. The wheel literally almost fell off. Also, I paid cash for the car and I still do not have the title or plates after 2 months. No one takes responsibility for no one communicates. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 6 weeks to get someone to get me the title and plates. No one helps. I will never do business with this dealership again. Extremely disappointing.

While traveling from West Palm Beach to Arkansas we had - Adam

While traveling from West Palm Beach to Arkansas we had our 2015 4Runner towed to Lake City Toyota after it stranded us just south of town. I called the Service department and spoke with Raquel and she was so helpful in getting us info for a towing company and getting the service department scheduled to get started working on it as soon as we arrived on the tow truck. Oscar and the other staff started immediately diagnosing the issues to try and get us back on the road. It turned out that the computer had shorted out and took other electronic components with it, so a new computer was ordered. In the meantime Raquel helped us with a hotel and the next day we rented a car and continued home. After 3 business days Raquel called to update me and told me the computer was installed and the car was running perfectly but in all the electrical short circuiting that our battery was also bad. She gave me the price of the repair with the battery included I agreed to the repairs and headed back to Florida to pick up the 4Runner. When we arrived back at the Dealership all work had been completed as expected! I am very Grateful for the personal care shown to us throughout this entire process! Thank you Raquel, Oscar and the entire team at Lake City Toyota

🚫 Warning: Do Not Trust Florida Fine Cars I deeply - Isabel López

🚫 Warning: Do Not Trust Florida Fine Cars I deeply regret buying my car from Florida Fine Cars. The vehicle had a hidden defect in one of the lights that was covered up just to make the sale. They put a new bulb and superficially fixed the lamp, but it was full of water and caused a short circuit that damaged the entire electrical system. Even after taking the car back, nobody mentioned the issue — and now the car is completely damaged. If I hadn’t taken it to a mechanic in time, it could have exploded or caught fire. It was a life-threatening situation caused by pure negligence. Customer service? The worst. Rude, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. This dealership is extremely dishonest. They sold me a problem disguised as a car. Do not trust them.

We had a great buying experience at Garber. - Shelley

We had a great buying experience at Garber. We got the vehicle we wanted at a fair and reasonable price. Jimmy Brannen was our sales person and was patient and non-pressuring. We love our new purple Gladiator. Will definitely recommend Garber to friends and family.

Said they did work to the vehicle I purchased. - sluhaorg

Said they did work to the vehicle I purchased. They did not. After the break work they did failed after 90 days, had the subaru examined by a subaru dealership. Then when I called them to confront them about the shoddy work, they refused to return my call. Very dishonest folks. Would avoid

Bought a 2025 Bentayga EWB Azure from Jason Segev and - Brian

Bought a 2025 Bentayga EWB Azure from Jason Segev and couldn't be more pleased. Everything with the purchase went super smooth and that's also accounting for the fact that I'm in New Jersey and had to have the car shipped here from Florida. Jason made sure everything went great and the car was delivered right to our doorstep. What made the experience even better was Jason never stopped assisting me even after the sale was made...something uncommon in this day and age. I highly recommend Jason if you are in line for a Bentley.

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. - alex.cole.1791

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. Joe, our salesman was great. I would give 5 stars if this was based solely on our interactions with him. The driver seat ventilation was not working on the day we test-drove the car, a fact to which our salesman agreed and attested to. We received, in writing, an assurance from Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda that the seat would be repaired as a condition of the purchase and that if it could not be repaired, they would "unwind the sale." Again, this was provided by Dylan Dillard. We dropped the car off at Subaru of Gainesville, part of the same auto group (Lithia) and closer to our home, on 7/29. After initially determining that the seat was working correctly, we went to pick up the car on 8/1 and found that it was in fact not working and their master mechanic agreed and said they would take care of it. The following Monday, 8/4, Subaru of Gainesville sent both myself and Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda a repair estimate for approval. Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda refused to respond to this estimate, and would not return my calls, or the calls of anyone in the service department at Subaru of Gainesville. I was ultimately forced to text my salesman to get any response. Finally, on 8/11 my salesman notified me that the GSM at Duval Honda (whose name I do not know), Dylan Dillard's boss, was forced to step in and provide the approval that Dylan Dillard initially agreed to when we purchased the vehicle back on 7/26. The fact that Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda provides such incredibly poor customer service after the sale is the reason I provided this one-star review. I have rarely ever been so disrespected in what should be a professional relationship. We have, frankly, regretted the purchase and would return the vehicle if we could.

Complete Fraud!!!!Bought a car on January 28th, a... - Christian

Complete Fraud!!!! Bought a car on January 28th, a Toyota Corolla 2015 and the sales rep showed a supposed clean Carfax and the ad on the car was supposed to be a “S Plus”, and the car actually is an “L” trim level (base). Well, the car had a severe accident on 2016 and the trim level is totally different from the one they offered, completely dissapointed!!!! Never buy a car from this dealership, worst ever. PS: I have called more than 20 times and they put me on hold and never call back, I suppose the manager is extremely busy...

I will never buy or recommend a GM product ever again. - Thill8009

I will never buy or recommend a GM product ever again. After buying a 2019 gmc sierra the engine needs to be replaced due to a know issue. A Lifter failure….. after attempting to receive compensation from GMC after they handed me a 19 thousand dollar bill….. they offered me a 10 percent discount. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of GM.

So bought my Alfa 3 weeks ago, love the car and my sales - Twoknightslimo

So bought my Alfa 3 weeks ago, love the car and my sales agent (Mauricio?) was very nice and helpful. The rest of the experience not so much. Not one employee there introduced themsleves, handed me a card, or even let me know there was a comfortable waiting room while I was in a hard back chair in the showroom. I filled out most of the paperwork on line but once I got there it took 2.5 hours to get the car. They slid a $700 "tech shield" line item thatg I caught on my own (they should have disclosed that when reviewing the paperwork) which is a bubbled up piece of plastic over the infotainment display...who wants that for $700?? Then after the paperwork was done it took them 45 minutes to put gas in the car and they brought it to me with the stock stickers still on the rear windshield. They did not offer any kind of extended warantee (4 year old car that just had its warantee expire) and the next day the blind spot warning monitor was on and would not go off. Took it back in (again no introductions) and basically accused me of having someone back into me so the monitor was damaged the next day. They gentleman told me he would try to get it fixed at cost and send me a estimate (almost 2 weeks later they have not sent me anything)! On top of that my registraion expires tomorrow and they did not extend the regitraion throuh next year. Also my car loan I traded in at the time is still not paid off and I am getting bills 3 weeks after trading it in! I would expect more from a Yugo dealership, let alone a high end dealership. I used to work at a high end and we at least gave them a new key chain or an oil change as a thank you and we provided follow up to see how they like their new car and if they had any issues or quesiotns. I have had ZERO follow up 3 weeks later! Not a great experience and of course would never reccomend them or use them again. I know I am nitpicking but they even dressed down like they worked at a carmax, not a high end intalian sports car dealership! Mistakes happen, but at a high end dealership to have so many things go wrong is just not acceptable.

I waited a while to post this review cause I wanted to - sysurf80

I waited a while to post this review cause I wanted to see if the car I bought was as awesome as it seemed. Hint: "yes". I knew exactly the car, mileage, & year range I wanted. I found all the cars in central and south Florida that met my criteria, reached out to them, and started a harrowing experience. When I was narrowing my search, most of the dealer ratings were...terrible. Deceptive practices, etc. When I called I got the typical, "When can you come in to look at the car." Or "We don't give out pricing over the phone." Dude, I'm 150 miles away! In short, the reviews were pretty accurate. Who wants to travel all the way there just to find out all the extra fees they add on to their pricing. Those were a hard pass. In the mix, I happen to reach out to a small dealership locally with a car that matched my criteria. After talking to them (very friendly and not the typical salesy talk) , I then checked out their reviews...mostly all 5 stars. Nice! Called back and I told them I needed final OTD pricing and would do most of the process over the phone. They said, "No problem."...Wait, what? And they followed through on that commitment. Pricing received and BTW it ended up being slightly less. These guys made the entire process so fast and easy. Amazing, Finance that took about 20 minutes (I know, crazy) and the car is so nice! What a gem of a business! This is the way car buying should go. Finally, for me, a way to tell a little about the dealership regarding used cars is to look at the tires. Is it a grab bag of different brands? That's a place that couldn't care less. When I looked at the car, no...all matching. Did some research on the tire brand and found out its a solid brand...not Michelin but still really solid. Just more little details that these guys pay attention to. I tell everyone now about this place now. It's a gem. Thank you Harbor City Auto Sales! You guys Rock!
