I explained to the general manager I was going to rent one before we made a purchase He was gracious enough to let us borrow one for a couple days to ensure this is the vehicle we wanted Needless to say that sealed the deal and we bought a brand new atlas Highly recommend the dealership, friendly and courteous Our sales representative was Richard Great guy to work with.

Dwane Weeks had a sense of humor throughout, and was great to work with through the shopping, test drive, and buying experiences. After the sale, they make sure you get a one-on-one meeting with their Subaru features expert, so you have time to learn all the many controls and features of your car. So helpful. I’ve purchased six vehicles from Palm Coast Ford over the years, and I can confidently say this place has gone downhill fast. Most of the cars I’ve seen on their lot are junk, and the few I bought came with hidden issues or ended up being unsafe. They screwed me on multiple deals, and to make matters worse, they even damaged my truck and tried to cover it up. They sold me faulty electric vehicles that put my family’s safety at risk, and when I tried to bring up my concerns, I was met with ignorance, disrespect, and complete lack of accountability. What’s sad is I even treated them like family at one point—I once threw them a pizza party to show appreciation. In return, I got attitude, arguments, and blame-shifting nonsense. This dealership doesn’t value loyal customers. They’re dishonest, careless, and in my opinion, con artists who only care about closing a sale. I’ve documented everything, and I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. Stay away from Palm Coast Ford. They don’t deserve your business.

BEWARE! - ssorgs

BEWARE! Low Ball listing with bogus "Protection Pack" for $1998. I bought a 1 year old used vehicle with <10,500 miles and lots of factory stickers on it (ie, a very new car) over phone/text/email from out of state. I had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party at my expense and shipped to my at my expense. I agreed to the sale price on their website listing of $46,395. However, the purchase agreement they sent had this as the cash price but the "total selling price", which should have matched what I was quoted and what was listed on their website, was increased by $1998 for a "protection pack". I complained and they said the 'work' (allegedly a clear coat - for a 1 yo car??? - and lojack car recovery kit) was already completed and also includes "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". But, there was already an $1199 "predelivery service charge", which actually makes sense for "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". While I wasn't happy about it, it was still priced well and I'd get something for the added cost, and in my nationwide search for this vehicle, I didn't find many suitable options. So I agreed to it and requested information about the the protection pack, presumably including warranty and recovery information. We've since closed the deal and I've taken possession of the vehicle, but still haven't seen any info on the protection pack. My salesman has said a few times now that he'll send it but I've yet to see it. I believe they fraudulently inflated my purchase price once they were convinced I really wanted this vehicle.
