The young man that came to replace my radiator reservoir was nice, polite and on time. The week prior we did an oil change and noticed the leak. When he came to replace the reservoir, I asked if he could show me where the leak was once he took it out. Not a problem. Very professional, respectful of my vehicle and time. This time a lot was done over that phone prior to our arrival, and due to my husband's illness the paperwork was rushed through as much as possible, which we appreciated.
