We dealt with Abriel in service, and he was very understanding with the fact that this was the primary truck for the company. The repairs were done in a timely manner without loss of business-related deliveries. Quick, easy drop off and pick up. Service was completed ahead of schedule. I would have given them 5 stars, but they did not call me when my car was finished. I understand businesses get very busy, but a call would have gotten my car out of their way quicker. Staff is friendly and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend these Quick Lube Service Department. FYI, this is also where I purchased my car and that too was a great experience. I look all the time for used cars, and I get daily postings from a few different websites. I have yet to find a deal that matches the deal I got from Englewood Ford!

Bill Strzelecki called me and thoroughly explained the collision repair process and issues while working with my insurance company. I feel better about AutoNation and I'm a satisfied customer.

First Ms. Jasmine in the Collison center is a wonderful, friendly , professional receptionist. I had my door hinges on my 2004 Mustang replaced. fanstic job. I could tell the difference with my door the minute I opened it. I was very impressed with the quality of there workmanship & especially the person who had cleaned my rims & tires. My rims were great same with the tires. Would love to know what they used. I never saw my rims so shiny even when I purchased them. I highly recommend this company.
