Bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu February 2023 with about 60,000 miles on it . Next day read my gauges and notications on my dash and the car told me it had 0% oil life ( sold a car to me with no oil in it ) and the air filter was as dirty as can be .. then fast forward to MAYBE 6months later and my car just breaks down on my omw to work . Tow it back to Alan jay they tell me I new a new engine , that metal was found in my engine due to having no oil .. mind you they have 2 or 3 free oil changes after hearing about selling me the car with no oil in it .. okay car sits for 6 months at Alan jay while I saved money to get it fixed . Now I have it a year later and the transmission takes a xxxx on me .. I’ve called and tried to talk to people at Alan jay nissan and I get no call back ..

They were very deceiving, they didn't explain a lot they just hurried up to sell the vehicle and then in the end when I found something wrong they said sorry can't fix it I would never go back to Alan Jay ever in my life again it was despicable and disgusting

We bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 crew cab LTZ 4WD from Sandy, and it was by far the BEST dealership we have ever encountered. From the initial meeting with Roger he makes you feel like family. Alan the manager on the floor was also amazing. What personalities the two have we laughed and swapped stories and laughed some more, it made what could have been a stressful transition so relaxed and smooth. Both were very honest and straightforward with us which is very unusual dealing with some dealerships. Than on to finance which is usually very drawn out, the gentleman (forgot his name) explained each warranty that is offered and did not pressure us to buy any; we signed and and off we went. It was the fastest finance transaction ever. He sent all documents to us via email and was amazing!!!! I would recommend ALL my family and friends to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet!!!

Great experience working with Chauncey. Found a truck they had listed on craigslist. They posted a bunch of pics and video. Truck was just as nice and just as described in person...rarely ever happens dealing with craigslist ads. Bought it for less than private party book value, they handled all of the paperwork, didn't have to deal with the dmv or anything. Paid them cash, had a new plate put on the truck and I haven't had an issue since. Very straight forward guys there which I really liked. Didn't get a bunch of sales pitched thrown at me. Will buy from these guys again
