KUDOS to Wallace Nissan and Salesman Michael Tatto....from a "senior female wanting a new vehicle." I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue at Wallace Nissan. This was after my own research on line and going to various other brand SUV dealerships. The only "safety" devices I had on my car were the rear view mirrors and I wanted to step into the "computer age" and have easy to operate, reliable security/safety items on my new vehicle. I returned to Wallace Nissan ready to purchase. My salesman Michael Tatto was very knowledgeable, polite, easy to deal with AND patient as I asked questions, left the dealership, returned and asked more questions. After the sale Michael offered that I could return with any more questions, "how to" instructions needed, and we'd sit in the car and go over them. I "studied" my Operators Guide while sitting in my car, made a lot of notes, figured out a lot of my questions myself with more reading of my Guide, and then called Michael for some of his hands-on time. Again, ever so patiently, Michael went over the car, answered my questions, set up or cancelled several items. In sum, You want a good vehicle? Want to deal with knowledgeable, patient salesmen? Nissan Titan lasted 120k miles, then the transmission failed. They tell you it’s backed with a 1million mile warranty when they sell it you. I even purchased the 6k dollar extended warranty at purchase. Then when it breaks down they refuse to fix it and offer you a 4k dollar repair bill. When did it start being okay to lie and cheat customers who have spent 40- 50k dollars with you. I am disgusted with Lee Nissan and regret buying a truck from them. It was definitely the last one. Don’t make the same mistake.

My experience wasn’t bad at first however after reviewing the finance information they overcharged me for a car. In total it was about $8000 in dealer fees and they charged me for a tag I did not get from them. Also their finance man was very rude and had an attitude the entire I was dealing with them. I would say check your paperwork before you pull off the lot and make sure everything is correct.

When we didn't accept his prices, he told us to go back to Polk county where they all needed dental work. What a horrible thing to say. TREY WAS A HORRIBLE DECEIPTFUL MAN. Don't trust him. And definitely do not rely on Brandon Nissan's online prices. The price changes when you get there!!

But I was lucky to meet Ryan when I walked into the Greenacres Nissan dealership couple days ago. Ryan was industrious, he was focused on my needs and worked hard on finding a right car for me.
