I didn't have much interaction with the dealership, I dealt mainly with Jacob Agin, so my comments will be about him and my transaction. When one purchases an automobile online, and espicially a gently-used vehichle half way across the country, one needs to have complete trust in the person he works with at the dealership. This person becomes the local eyes of the purchaser. The day I met Jacob I got up thinking that I was going to purchase a vehicle from another dealership that was much closer to me. But there was something missing with the person I was working with at the other dealership. Quite simply, it was trust. I just did not feel comfortable that I knew what I was going to get. I did one more online search, and ran across a vehicle at Jaguar Imports that was almost identical to the other vehicle I was gong to purchase. I made an online inquire, and in a littel while Jacob called me. We had a good conversation, he told me the history of the automobile, and he was upfront about any potential issues. He sent me some additional information and pictures, and he was not pushy at all, like he was trying to make a sale so he could get on to another customer. I felt comfortable. We got to know each other over the next couple of days, and I felt that this is the car I wanted to buy, and this the person and dealership I wanted to work with. Jacob helped me arrange transporation, which was flawless, and even though I just the car yesterday, I like what I see. I feel that I purchased the right vehicle from the right person and the right dealership. This ended up being much longer than I planned it to be, but when you purchase a vehicle long distance and sight unseen, you have to have a good person on the other end. I found a good person in Jacob.

I've purchased many cars over my 67 years and when I saw a car I wanted to see and test drive, I contacted the dealership and Caleb Peters contacted me right away and long story short, I drove my dream ride home the next day. Caleb is the epitome of a professional. Polite, intelligent, and a good sense of humor which is sometimes lacking today. Caleb made the process easy and straight forward. No curve xxxxx like I've experienced with dealers in the past. He emailed me a video of the car after I inquired about it. He answered every single question with confidence and because I was trading in my Land Rover Discovery Sport, he met me on arrival and got the assessment of my trade while already having the car I was interested in freshly washed and ready for a test drive. I recently purchased a 2026 Land Rover Defender on 6/24/26. Ryan Isbaih was my sales consultant and took care of all of my needs. I have known Ryan for several years from several past purchases he was at his previous employer. Ryan has always treated me as a friend and like a family member. Ryan is genuinely friendly, polite, professional and extremely knowledgable of the products he sells. He is always available for my questions both before and after the sale. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
