The Infiniti of Fort Myers service department is the best in comparison to all luxury car service departments in Fort Myers. Zack is informative and follows through with communication both in writing and using technology. I’ve also had success with Jenna in the past who replaced Rick who was there for many many years. I just wish Infiniti as a corporation would upgrade the changes in the models to keep up with the times. There is so little change between a 2024 and 2026. It is very sad and concerning for the future.
