I purchased a 2026 Genesis G80 and was so confused - Robert Porras

I purchased a 2026 Genesis G80 and was so confused without guidance from my salesman at first. Then my salesperson (Ricky Ricardo) rose to the occasion and assisted me with all the tricky technology that comes with a car of this caliber. He also went the extra mile to assist me with accessing the Genesis connectivity which is quite the system where you can control (start, put on A/C, and check the status of the car) from your phone at a different location. My wife and I both are extremely happy with the car and felt at this point in our lives we deserved to treat ourselves to a luxury car. Thanks to Ricky Ricardo. I’d ask for him if you are looking for a quality car at Daytona Hyundai / Genesis

We just upgraded our vehicle. - jadegrl89

We just upgraded our vehicle. Fern helped us for the second time and was extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted/needed and did everything he could to meet those expectations for a second time! He's also very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I dislike most sales people because they're typically pushy and Fern isn't! He'll really take care of you!

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. - jgjg33

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.

i can't say enough good things about Patricia Diaz and - ejsully1

i can't say enough good things about Patricia Diaz and the staff at Delray Hyundai. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Patricia went above and beyond in explaining everything to me and making sure I was comfortable with my vehicle. We are new to the area so Patricia even explained the registration process. I highly recommend Delray Hyundai to anyone looking for honesty and integrity from a dealership

Very disappointing experience with the finance - Nelson V.

Very disappointing experience with the finance department. I want to be fair and make it clear that my salesperson, Wilson, was excellent throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, patient, trustworthy, and made me feel comfortable during the negotiation. I have no complaints about Wilson and would gladly work with him again. I drove approximately 100 miles to this dealership because I was genuinely interested in purchasing the vehicle and had spent considerable time working out the deal. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed once I went into the finance office. It was already late and the dealership was closing, but I was being asked to sign important financial documents involving a purchase of nearly $49,000. I told the finance person that I wanted to take pictures of the buyer’s sheet so I could send them to a friend and review the numbers before signing. Instead of giving me a few minutes to review the paperwork, he became impatient and made me feel rushed. While I was taking pictures, he told me to put my phone down on the table and pay attention to him. I found the way he spoke to me extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. A customer should never be pressured or made uncomfortable for wanting to review financial documents before signing them. The fact that the dealership was closing should not become the customer's problem. If there isn't enough time to properly review the contract, the transaction should simply continue the next day. I had driven around 100 miles, negotiated the deal, and was seriously prepared to purchase the vehicle. Despite all of that, the finance experience made me uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave without completing the purchase. Again, Wilson deserves recognition for the way he treated me, and I do not want this review to reflect negatively on him. My complaint is specifically about the treatment I received during the finance portion of the transaction. Management should take this seriously. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers deserve enough time to read, understand, photograph, and ask questions about every document before signing, without being rushed or spoken to disrespectfully.

Very disappointing first experience — questionable - AndGo

Very disappointing first experience — questionable service recommendations Today was our first time servicing our 2023 Hyundai Venue at this dealership. The vehicle has only 23,300 miles, and my wife brought it in for a routine oil change. What happened was extremely disappointing. The service advisor presented my wife with almost $800 in additional recommended services, including: * Brake fluid replacement/flushing * Engine coolant replacement * A/C evaporator case service * Four-wheel alignment Fortunately, my wife did not authorize these additional services. I have the computer-printed document listing the recommended services and the service advisor’s name, so this is not simply a misunderstanding or a verbal recollection. For a vehicle with only 23,300 miles, these recommendations seem excessive and raise serious questions about whether they were actually necessary at this mileage and whether the recommendations were based on the vehicle’s maintenance requirements or an attempt to sell additional services. What makes this especially frustrating is that my wife was the one who brought the vehicle in. I sincerely hope these recommendations were not influenced by the assumption that she might be less likely to question unnecessary maintenance. Regardless of the reason, presenting nearly $800 in additional work during a basic oil-change visit is unacceptable without clearly explaining why each service is necessary according to Hyundai’s maintenance schedule. This is not the way to build trust with a new customer. We came to the dealership expecting honest, manufacturer-based service recommendations, and instead left feeling like we had to question everything we were being told. I strongly recommend that customers get a second opinion and check the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule before authorizing expensive “recommended” services. Very disappointing experience, especially for our first visit.

Worst service ever! - Happy Customer

Worst service ever!! MY CAR WAS 50 DAYS AT RICK CASE HYUNDAI PLANTATION-One of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for an intermittent electrical problem covered under warranty. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for 50 DAYS!!!The first 27 DAYS, they didn’t even inspect the vehicle, according to the dealership, because they were short-staffed. During that time, the service advisor Jesus Martinez assigned to my case rarely communicated and repeatedly failed to return my calls. After 27 days, I requested a loaner and were told they couldn’t provide one because there was no diagnosis — because they hadn’t even checked the vehicle! Eventually I had to escalate the situation to Hyundai Motor America. After a lot of arguments and few times trying to contact the service Manager at the dealer, finally they agreed to give me a loaner, remember it was 1 month already! And 3 days later, we were told to pick up the vehicle (my car) from dealer because they couldn’t replicate the problem!! (more than a month they never check my car and in 3 days they said they don't have a diagnosis!) I picked it up and within approximately 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, the same problem happened more than FIVE times in less than 10 mins. driving back to my home. Unbelievable!!! We called the manager and he asked us to bring it back, the only reason I did it was because the repair was covered under warranty. The car stayed there for another 2+ weeks, with the same lack of communication. We had to repeatedly call and leave messages just to get updates. We even provided information about similar cases and possible diagnostic solutions. After 50 DAYS, they finally ordered a part that we had already suggested they look into earlier. The most frustrating part isn’t just the 50 days — it’s the lack of urgency, communication, follow-up, and accountability. And I don’t even want to mention the experience when I pick up my car back, service advisor and manager were very unprofessional and the car was completely dirty (inside/outside), smelling very bad inside the car. If you are considering Rick Case Hyundai Plantation for service, especially for an intermittent or difficult-to-diagnose problem, or any other situation, do your research first and consider your options carefully. I hope that I never need to go back to Rick Case Hyundai, because after this experience, I never want to deal with this service department or any other department in this location again!

The PERFECT dealership! - cslv

The PERFECT dealership! The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The '24 Hyundai Tucson was exactly as described (maybe even better(. By mistake, we first went to another Hyundai dealership that was over bearing! The kind of dealership you can’t wait to leave. And then, total contrast; Route 60 Hyundai. Zero pressure! We dealt with just a few people and each was a top-notch professional We love the car and can’t say enough about the experience! (Were we in a Bentley dealership ? 😁
