I would highly recommend *steering clear* of this dealership, which has demonstrated a willingness to scam older folks. My 82-yr-old father lost the equivalent of $40,000, consisting of his trade-in vehicles and a large amount of cash, ending up with nothing to show for it. They sold him a Genesis G80 when he wanted a G90, with a $280 per month payment. But when he returned two days later to say he really wanted the G90, as he originally told them, they obligingly gave him one, but now he was on the hook for $2500 per month, because his equity from the first purchase was now somehow “gone”! They did this to an 82-yr old widower on a fixed income who simply wanted to finally have a nice new car. When he went back a week later to say he could not afford the ridiculously high payment, they told him he would “figure it out.” They then traded this overpriced G90 for a GV80, an SUV that he really didn’t want, and lowered his payment to $1700 per month by extending it from 3 to over 6 years! He would have ended up paying $150,000 for a $72,000 car that he never wanted in the first place. This is in addition to the $40,000 in equity that mysteriously disappeared when they saddled him with the $2500 per month payment. He finally brought the car back for a voluntary repossession, just to be done with this xxxxxxx establishment – he even returned a TV they gave him as a consolation prize. However, they actually returned the car back to his house and left it there (minus the TV, of course). The General Manager, Salina P, told my dad that her dealership was now out of the picture, and he would need to deal directly with Genesis finance in Texas. So now, he has no car, is $40,000 poorer, and is threatened with a lawsuit for the difference between the putative value of the last car and the price Genesis eventually gets for it when they sell it to someone else. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! They are crooks.

Sucks! I found out the connective services on the car did not work after I bought it and still does not work 5 weeks later. Calls to corporate don’t help. And the Sales Consultant, Sam Weist, is a total liar. Found out a week after I bought the car it had been a rental car. I was told that by Sirius XM radio and Genesis connective services.

This was the best new car buying experience I have had, and I have been buying new cars since 1984. They were professional and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted, and then directed me to the vehicles with the most incentives, rebates and value for the dollar. They offered their best deal up front (better than other dealers), without the repeated going back and forth between the salesperson and the sales manager, which led me to leave the lots of several other Genesis dealers in Central Florida. Very refreshing. If you’re looking for a new Genesis, go here first.

I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV 70 from Genesis Of Melbourne. I was assured Service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I’ve given up trying to speak to a Genesis service representative at the dealership since it is impossible.. I have owned my new 2024 Genysis GV 70 for six months. I have decided to get rid of it due to lack of service at this dealership. Great car, terrible dealer. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.

Jeena Verdelotti is the best, hands down you're not going to go wrong working with her. I have done business before and will continue to do business with Jeena even if rebates are not in season. She is phenomenal at providing customer-centric focus and she ultimately earns your trust. Great overall person to work with and know you not getting ripped off, which is rare to say with car sales. This dealer will also go above and beyond. The valet service is something to not take likely. They are truly exceptional and such a time saver. Think about this everyone, being very busy at work, they drive an hour out of their way to pick up your car, leave a loaner, take care of maintenance and when they return.....not only do I receive my car taken care of, they also detail it and fill it full with gas. Just my opinion and experience with this business. I hope this helps.

My car search has been going along for 2 or 3 months.... different brands, different dealerships, different experiences. I recognize that right now is the worst time possible to be looking for a car. (2021 - chip shortage - 10% over MSRP, etc etc) - My experiences thus far dealing with my trade-in, dealing with silly dealer fees, being treated as though, unless I wanted to pay far above MSRP, I was literally invisible to sales people. My first experience with Hampton Genesis was far and away different from every other interaction I have had, whether it be in person or on the phone prior to today. Today was a joy. I was greeted on the phone by Dan Ewbank. Please ask for him should you be interested in a Genesis. The word that comes to mind with regard to his persona and character is, Kind. He is the antithesis of 'pushy' - he merely goes about his interactions with kindness, calm, compassion, and professionalism. I ultimately didn't buy the G80 I went there for..... but it was for reasons in my head, having nothing to do with my time at Hampton. Every person there was wonderful. Everything was incredibly transparent and fair. The numbers really were the real numbers. I had complete trust in what was happening during my time there. The Sales Manager (I think) was equally engaging, fair, transparent, and professional. This dealership has single-handedly made me a Genesis customer and when the time is right, a Genesis owner.
