I had the best time with Mike Sabadosa, he is patient and listened to what I was looking for and together we made an excellent decision with a Buick Enclave. Mike is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the buying process, very organized and the complete process was under 4 hours. Purchased a truck from them 2 years ago and at the time of signing, Africa the sales person informed me there was an issue on car fax. She assured me it was for a front tire that hit a curb. I never buy vehicles with any dings on car fax but assured me it was just a wheel. I have the vehicle 2 years now and recently went to trade it in and was told it was in 2 accidents and had to be towed from scene! I was only furnished with 1 page of carfax showing the wheel. Now the vehicle is worth a lot less due to this, plus I was also informed it has a “potential odometer rollback”. This is the most deceitful dealership I have ever worked with. Please take your business elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did!!!

I've been running my credit for vehicles at this dealership and I can't believe they doesn't allow consumers to ask for supervisors. Today Oct 2 2024 I spoke with a salesman that says he deals directly with finance but he doesn't know that the Consumer credit transaction is governed by Truth in lending act and that full disclosure shall be met even if I didn't sign the contract. He admitted that the dealership engages in fraud by misleading consumers into believing down payments are necessary 15 USC 1605 says no comparable cash transaction necessary when finance charge is present the finance charge is a loan( Purchase Money Loan) to be exact which is a cash advance by exchange of promissory Note aka contracts. I asked for financing director or the GM he said I didn't need to speak with them I said your dealership has my social security number which makes them trustees to my trust and their Fiduciary obligations is for my best interest which is sale me the car . If anyone went to this dealership and paid a down payment you were defrauded APR is the cost of the consumers credit which we are secured party creditors in this transaction.

If I could give negative stars it would be -5. Charged me 5000 to fix AC system and did not fix the problem. While they had it apart I asked to change all of my blend door actuators. They did not do it now they want to charge me 1500 to 2000 more to change a blend door. Never use the place they will just rip you off and not fix your problem.

These people are not interested in disappointing their customers, for them the important thing is to sell and sell without anything else mattering. I contacted Brandon Huston Sales Manager to buy a 2022 jeep for my son that they had for sale, the price was agreed, we agreed that I would go the following Saturday for the Jeep. It would be a trip of approximately 4 hours from Miami, so I had to do some family and work planning. I also stopped looking at two other jeeps near here in Miami because I had already given my word that I would go on Saturday for their jeep and for me the word and commitment of a man is worth a lot. The day before the trip I checked their website and to my surprise I realized that they had sold it. No one ever contacted me even though they had my information, which disappointed me quite a bit because the communication with them had been very fluid and very kind. I was particularly interested in this dealership because of the good reviews, now I doubt that most of them are real customers... Here is the opinion of a real customer and the experience with them was very disappointing. Remember, car dealers, the Internet exists and bad reviews stay on the Internet forever.

Came in on 11/29 around 12:35 while getting a Buick service and I'm interested in purchasing an SUV have driven them since 2003 and decided to take a look again after getting a Buick as a 2nd car. Not one salesman or receptionist sitting would recognize me or speak. Finally one guy did come up and asked if I needed help and I told him I'm so disappointed that no one would even ask me if I'm ok. So Lexus dealer hear we come or I'll go elsewhere. I thought management should know.

Before this week, we have given them an opportunity to give us a fair trade three times; every time they were $6,000-8,000 below dealers in nearby cities. This week, we went and made it clear we liked a truck and were willing to walk away if the trade was as low as the past. We explained that we have bought from Rivard, Ferman, and Dixie GMC due to trade value, and then we brought them our truck. They did the same thing. $7,000 below the Carmax offer, and $7,000-8,000 below 3 other dealers (and they never saw the truck!). So, I am currently driving 2 1/2 hours to another dealer. Another fun note, the dealer sticker was $8,000 over the website price and they never told us that in person. Just not trustworthy at all. I will drive a few hours to save $7-8K. The sales person, Dre, was good; we feel bad not buying from him, but he is at the mercy of the sales manager.

To be fair, this negative review is only about the warranty claims department at this dealership, not the service department per se. In mid-July of this year, I submitted the paperwork to be reimbursed for the replacement of the windshield wiper motor on my 2015 GMC Terrain due to a recall. The motor went bad prior to the recall. The service advisor told me that it would take up to two weeks for me to be reimbursed for the replacement. A month later, I still had no heard anything from this dealership. I called the warranty claims department and was told that it was pending but that I would be called a couple later with an update. I heard nothing from him. By last week, I still had not heard anything. I called again left a message. I was called a day later and was told that the claim was still pending. What???? It is completely inexcusable for me not to be reimbursed by this time. It also completely unprofessional for the dealership not to give me periodic updates on this claim.
