I had my jeep flatbed'ed to northwest hills for body work after an accident. they do the highest quality work and use oem parts. Unfortunately it was totaled. I went into the sales office and met Jeremy. I told him what features I wanted. He found a vehicle on his lot and spent 15 minutes showing me all the features. Then we worked on a price. I always check around. No dealer could meet his price.

DO NOT GO unless it is for routine maintenance. I have spent thousands of dollars from September - December (5 visits) for them to not fix my issue. (Issue: Anytime my auto start/stop kicks in the check engine light & active lane management light appear on my dashboard. Also, I get a notification that my car may not start the next time it is turned on. The worst part of it all is sometimes the emergency brake activates, which is extremely dangerous! ). The workers in the office are very nice. Each time I brought in my car they "clear the computer" and charge me several hundred dollars, even after I was told I would not get charged again because it is the same issue. But once I came to pick up my car, they charged me and said they had to clear different error codes then before, which is obviously a lie to get more money out of me. Sadly, every single time that I picked up my car, the issue reoccurs after the first stop at a stoplight (directly in front of their office). I would respect it more if they tell me they cannot fix the issue. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE HERE UNLESS IT IS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.

From the start Alejandro answered every question i could throw at him, provided updates every step of the way, and if there were any hiccups they did everything they could to rectify them. Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and patronize one of the other jeep dealerships in the area for service. I don’t recommend this service center to anyone
