I recently purchased a 2026 RX 350h Luxury Edition to replace my 2023 RX350 Luxury ICE which was totaled in an accident in June 2026 ( no one was injured in our Lexus). Our sales associate was Gary Turchetta who really went out of his way to locate the exact model we were looking for and once it arrived at the dealership that it was set up are ready for delivery as we had been without our Lexus since the accident. Gary was extremely helpful and accommodating in our vehicle search and made sure we were updated in the vehicles progress thru delivery. We have been customers of the Hoffman dealership since 1980 and have purchased and serviced five vehicles there. In fact I still have the first car I purchased from Jeffery Hoffman ( at the Avon dealership) a 1980 Alfa Romeo Spider convertible.
