I've stopped going to McDermott. The service department seems distracted and put off by my being there. I'm not sure if it's because I drive a bolt, or what but I was not welcome. In one case, they said at 1pm the EV tech called in sick that morning, but they failed to call and inform me at all. When I brought this fact up, they said, "what are we supposed to do?" The most recent and last time I pulled up they seemed again totally put off, and said gruffly, "we don't know how long it will take" and threw a $200 diagnostic down and told me to sign it. Totally unprofessional. I left and going to a different dealer even though it's farther away. They lost my business on my next chevy purchase.
