I dropped off my car last week at Richard Chevrolet for service…that was already a hassle since I had to wait two weeks just for an appointment, but the vehicle is still under warranty so I’m stuck taking service…that was already a hassle since I had to wait two weeks just for an appointment, but the vehicle is still under warranty so I’m stuck taking it to the dealership or paying out of pocket. After dropping off the vehicle, I would have thought the service would go well since I received a call within an hour to tell me all the repairs that they would be doing under the warranty claim. That was the only positive. The service agent told me to expect a call later that day (a Friday) or no later than Monday with more information on when the repairs would be completed. After not hearing from anyone at Richard Chevrolet, I called 3 times and was told each time that nobody in service was available and that I would get a call back. Still no call back and we still don’t have any answers on when we can expect our vehicle back or the alleged rental they would be providing during the service period. If you have any other options besides going to Richard Chevrolet for any repairs I would consider those before taking a vehicle here More

Okay so, Mr F. Krieger, that specific Part's Guy I was assigned to, wasn't thrilled with my choice of vehicle, the mere mention of which, 2026 Tahoe Z71 {options}, Krieger, that specific Part's Guy I was assigned to, wasn't thrilled with my choice of vehicle, the mere mention of which, 2026 Tahoe Z71 {options}, I knew was about to create both peril and questions for Mr Krieger and I. So far I can say Flawless performance by Frank, six (6) of seven (7) parts [arrived the next day with Mr. Krieger] are/were a one time purchase and quick install (by self), with that final part/set on back-order since 7/1/26 the confidence installed by his earlier performance induces nothing but affirmative hopes for my final "part". Then he went the extra mile and pointed me in a proper direction, all this as I'm in a local hotel, his nearest "competition" (literally) refused my Cash, sending me and my Tahoe (1,500 miles) Frank's direction unbeknownst to Einstein. Thanks Frank now let's get me those in-channel window deflectors..... More
