This was the easiest car buy experience I have ever had. I looked at the car, decided it was what I wanted and the price was right. Sean was. Very efficient in doing the paperwork and before I knew it I was in the finance office. After being handed the fob for my new car Sean then spent time explaining what the features were and setting my phone up for the car. No hassle, upscale attempt, in fact I had to ask for the charger to be added to the sale.

The search started out with phone conversations, asking about their Costco deal, then setting up time for a test drive....leading to a lease of a fantastic car! Evan was terrific to work with, keeping us updated along the way during the almost full day process....even offered us a sandwich (they had ordered in for employees) since we were there through lunch. We received our trade in value quickly and they had the color we wanted. My husband was not there and had questions so Evan took time to speak with him over the phone. Also, I got to take the car home, collected my husband's signatures and returned to drop off the paperwork. They made it work for us so we could take the car home the same day. Chelsea in Finance was also good to work with, outlining all the lease specifics clearly. We would definitely buy from Arapahoe Kia and Evan again!

Rocky was super helpful with any financing questions. And Lori was the absolute best when it came to helping me find the right fit for me and my family. Not only was she incredibly kind but she was insightful in why the Telluride was the perfect fit for my family without being pushy. While I love the Telluride for all of its outstanding qualities it was truly Lori that made the difference in deciding which vehicle we ended up choosing; I went to other dealerships and nothing matched the care and service we received from Lori. Love my Telluride and love the whole team at Fort Collins KIA. I can’t thank them enough!

Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.

They overcharged us nearly $3000. Don’t return calls. Lie. One of the key FOBs was for a different VIN#. That cost us an extra $400. Warning - do not trust these people. Take your business elseware.

They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it! Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!

Greedy, greedy, greedy. Only way to describe this dealership. Came in to look at Tellurides. Took a test drive and came back the next day to make a deal and put down a deposit. Sales manager said that they would NOT sell me a Telluride for MSRP, but he wanted an additional $10,000.00 over MSRP to place an order. He also low-balled me on my trade-in vehicle without even looking at it. I feel that I should have been told this up front as it would have saved us both a lot of time and gas money. Won't go back to that dealer. EVER. A Denver Kia dealer only adds $700 as "Dealer Handling." Perhaps I may call them.
