The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Steve took good care of me and helped me out moving forward. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Steve and Phil long hyundai motor city service department and also sales department. Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland, Colorado and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson, Dylan Kittredge and general manager Dave Young, Dana, and Finance manager Bradley are absolutely phenomenal, they were honest and treated me with respect, Dylan even went out of his way to go out and grab me a hamburger and fries during the process of purchasing, thanks again Dylan👍👍.

3 times I submitted a request for maintenance service and always got an automatic response, but no real person response and no appointment. If you are not going to answer your emails / online requests, please take the option off your website!
Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament
I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
