Dropped in unannouced on June 13 at 1450. Set up the deal for a Venue SLE (I wanted the SE because I don't want the car driving me, I demand the option of driving the car) which was a couple of grand more expensive than the one I was after. Got the paperwork done quickly, didn't get the model I wanted because they were sold out of the SE version. The dealer was good except for the key/start/lock fob (that feels like you are carrying a cannon ball in your pocket) which I had to return to the dealer to get the second one which got left behind when I picked up the car. This is the third Hyundai I've bought from Phil Long (one at Chapel hills, the accent), one for my Nephew a veteran who was returning from Japan with a wife and newborn) which considering that I was buying the car, he was deployed in Japan and we needed to get the deal and paperwork done before he rotated back. Superb job by Phil Long Hyundai Motor City. Went like clockwork. Some of the magic is gone since then, but they still try to get things done fast. Both cars are still running, I gave the Accent to a friend with a daughter just getting her license and needed another car (my 2009 Sierra I'm keeping till it rusts in half) my nephew is getting ready to give his Elantra to his son. I went and bought a third car from Phil Long Hyundai to replace the Accent. As for the individuals involved, can't keep track of all of them. I'm retired, I go get things done when I can not to a schedule. Makes things tougher on the dealer but these guys are good, they dealt with everything.
