I’ve been waiting to buy a Blazer for 8 years, and I am so happy with my purchase. My husband and I have been wanting to invest in a small family vehicle, and this could not be more perfect. Our experience with John Elway Chevrolet was fantastic. When I initially called to see if they had Blazers in stock, Daniel with the sales department answered and he was so friendly. From the start of the morning test driving to the paperwork in the evening, he genuinely was there to help in whatever way he could without overwhelming me with information. Tony helped us in the finance department and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The paperwork side of things can be confusing but he truly took time out of his evening to explain each detail / all of our options as far as warranty and make sure we were happy with our purchase. I had such a good experience at the Mike Maroone Chevrolet Buick GMC Longmont when leasing my new 2024 Yukon Denali! I came in for an oil change on my Cadillac and wanted to check out the new inventory while I waited. I was introduced to Sean, took a test drive and knew I wanted to upgrade! Sean was patient with my very specific wants and found me the perfect Yukon with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a nearby dealer. We worked with Ben to value my trade-in and agreed on a price for the new vehicle. Everyone was so professional and kind - no xx, which I appreciated! The new vehicle arrived the next day so we went to pick it up and finish the paperwork. We met with Tim Amerson from the Finance dept and he was personable and did his best to get us in/out as soon as possible. Sean stuck around after the dealer closed to make sure he had a chance to test drive the new vehicle with me and show me every single thing I needed to know about the car, how the rear entertainment system worked, how to use super cruise, etc. He was so thorough and we really enjoyed working with him! We recently had the pleasure of buying a new 2019 GMC Acadia Denali from Ferguson Buick GMC. What is that you say? You hate the car shopping process from end to end? Can’t possibly be a pleasure? Perhaps you have just shopped the wrong dealership. We visited the dealership on 2/16, an extremely windy cold day. The new car sales manager Tim rushed to the door to greet us. No slick platitudes, but a genuine welcome. We’d done research on a few SUVs we were considering, so we knew what we wanted to see. There wasn’t at that exact moment a salesman present, so Tim has us sit down and he pulled their current inventory of Acadia Denalis. He had all the details, price, color, features. Straightforward. There were also incentives, for instance a military discount of a few thousand dollars from GMC, as well as little things, like dealer handling on $75 for military rather than the standard 499. There was never a shell game with the price. We wanted the price without trade in, and that was what we were quoted. Our salesman Andres Roman got free and we went on a test drive. No pressure. It was all about what would suit us. We probably put more pressure on him with our thousand questions on the vehicle, all of which he could answer and demonstrate with ease. We loved the car, the price was great, and we wanted to purchase and get on with our day. Andres did everything he could to expedite the process. The finance guy came over, Terry Mitchell, and we told him, we have our own financing already approved through USAA, what is the best rate your financing can offer. Terry was able to give us a straight up what was best rate he could offer, no haggling, no let me just run your credit, it was just the rate. Our USAA rate was better and he was perfectly fine with that. He was familiar with the dealership side of USAA’s loan process and we were in the car and on our way home in no time. It was the best experience I have had in 40 years of car buying. The story didn’t end there. Andres called the next day to make sure we were happy, and did we have any questions. Then a day or two later, we got a box from the dealership, with coffee cups and delicious chocolate chip cookies. When I did my pre-shopping, I noticed the Ferguson Buick GMC had the highest rating of any dealership in town. Now that I have purchased a car from their dealership I can see exactly why there ratings are higher, it is because they are better. Happy car shopping to you all!

Great service desk customer service, easy to get right in for set appointment, waiting time is appropriate and understandable for service and time of appointment, I am grateful for the business to mail out coupons and service reminders as I got to use personalized coupon this visit for a nice discount off the listed service price. All staff and employees are friendly especially sales agent Mike Shelleman who I see each time I’m there for service and who sold me my GMC two years ago that I still love and only get serviced at the dealership. I appreciate the appointment reminders and the followup call the day after to inquiry about quality of service at previous day appointment. Never had any issues or problems and will continue to do all my GMC service and sales at GMC Fort Collins, CO!

I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.

When I went in to purchase a new GMC Yukon Denali XL, The Owner Rex King had, Matt Klawin the sales manager, help me. I have always had excellent service from the sales staff But I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Matt made sure that I was completely advised of the new car and features. Anything that I asked about Matt was able to answer for me. The extras that I was interested in were made available without any hassle. Matt had Tom Medina help with the shuffling back and forth from Greeley without any inconvenience to me, everything was done in a very timely manner, the car was very clean when I picked it up, full tank of fuel and no problems. One of the main reasons I went back to King GMC is their service department and staff. Always attentive and ready to help. Try this dealership once and you won't go anywhere else. Thank You, Rex.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their xx excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
