Then, when it was time to leave, we asked for the 2nd key fob to be told that there wasn't one and it wasnt disclosed that there wouldnt be one. Milly claimed she would reach out to the previous owners and ask, but ive been ghosted since. Next, we realized the next day that we missed pulling items from one cubby of our trade in, which she confirmed she had in her posession. Milly had told us that they send stuff to owners all the time, but I've now asked multiple times to have those items sent and I get no response. Lastly, its a big deal to have no chips in windshields ... however I noticed what I thought was a chip before purchase but it looked dirty so I thought it was just a bug. After we washed it, it was definitely a small chip. When we asked safelite to fill it, they said it had already been repaired once. The financial service needs changing. A clear detailed statement without additional service contract and then the service contracts with total charges for the entire time.
