This company is worse than what I hear from everyone. My DFP light came on and brought my vehicle to the Cardinale dealership. They said that I need a new DFP system. It cost me $2,500. The light comes back on again within 4 months. I didn't want to go back to Cardinale. So I took it to a reputable mechanic in town, and the fault code was for Cardinale to update the software of the DFP system they put in 4 months ago. I took it back to Cardinale. They are telling me I had a check engine light on and I need a new thermostat. Which I did not have a check engine light on when I brought in. That cost me $1,700, and they even charged me $400 for updating the software. Then, 2 months later, the DFP light comes back again. This time they are telling me that I need a new Catalytic Converter, and it will cost me $3,700. They are so unprofessional. It's hard to believe they are a dealership. They don't return your messages. They don't know the previous services they performed. It's a mess. At this point, I had a feeling I was getting scammed. I towed my vehicle to another dealership 50 miles away. The DFP regeneration is costly at a dealership, but I got it done with $864. And nothing was wrong with my Catalytic Converter. I heard so many people complaining about this company. It really is all true. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this place.

I purchased my used Touareg from them long distance as I live in Northern California and I was taken by Parkway Volkswagen. Do not trust what they say about the vehicle - they don't even know what a USB port is!! The worst part is the tires - the ones they sold on my vehicle are not even rated for it!! And two wheels are bend. This in total will cost me almost $2,000, of which they are not willing to help cover. I have to say the worst part is their dealing with me on the issues. At first I got the sales manager, Donny Levine, on the phone - but he kept telling me he would call me back after he looked at the safety reports, etc. Never got a call back. And then when I would call I would just get transferred around and voice mails. When I finally got another manager he said again he would look into it and call me back - but he didn't. It's pretty sad that you can't trust a dealership to do the right thing and you can't buy a vehicle over the internet these days. Lastly, they kept telling me that the car was owned by the dealership's owner's wife. Don't believe them!!! There is no way the owner's wife would have been given a car with tires that are dangerous as they are not rate for the car. My salesman was Henry and his boss is Donny Levine. Service history on my new beetle in this dealer: $800 to fix airbag indicator yellow light. The light came back two weeks later and it was not under the work warrant because it was not the same problem. $500 to replace transmission seal but still see slow leaking one month after the repair work. More scatches on dash covers , steer wheel and door panels after each oil change (new interior became worn interior after oil changes). Oil level extremely low (no oil on dip stick) one week after oil change at one time. After an oil change, radio (both AM and FM) recieves no signal and make very load noise. Service advisor comment: It is normal for VW in this area, Escondido, CA. Somehow, It gets signal again four years later after a battery change in Murriata VW dealer, CA.

Dis-honest incompetent sales and service - Robert Salo

Bought $120,000 2019 M850i - multiple defects discovered on the drive home from the dealership. Car now is 1 week old - been at the dealership 4 times. Dealership totally unable to fix car - vehicle is unsafe to drive due to issues with steering , brakes and more. Contacted dealership owner. After listening to owners explanation went to BMW website only to find owner had lied about everything. And it just goes downhill from there. Dealership is forcing us to get legal representation -hows that for great service??.

Sales team/Management & dealership in general needs a lot of improvement on their professionalism. They tend to over promise and under deliver which has no excuse in any industry. As soon as we got into finance their F&I guy Jesus starts trying to sell sporting event tickets before he even introduced himself. Chuck would not be happy! Don't expect too much when it comes to their “New Car Detail” We picked are car Up after 5 hours plenty of time to do a thorough detail, right? NOPE! Guess not even after the sales kid Jonathan said he was going to have them get all the bugs off and have it looking brand new. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! They couldn't even vacuum or clean the windows on the inside. I understand in Your guys eyes its a VW and not BMW so You don't want to put as much effort into it but as a corporate trainer for Audi, I must say that is all wrong! No wonder You guys are not selling as much vehicles as You should. Wheres your honor at guys for such a reputable company?

This is my 3rd VW car and I love them!!First , I went to the dealer for a car service , while waiting ,I was lucky to talk to a sale representative Joshua who immediately helped me and directed me to the Sales manager Tony Rivera Both answered all my questions and offered me Good deals, I went home thinking about the offers and talked to my daughters.On my I return,to pick up my car,I talked to Kyle who was friendly and helpful and got the best deal. In short, they all went an extra mile to please a returning customer.!!
