Riverside VW is amazing! - Tara M

Riverside VW is amazing! Not at all like many dealerships. Honest, thorough, quick and less costly than most mechanics (non-dealer). Staff is wonderful.

Second VW purchased from this dealership because of the - Scott

Second VW purchased from this dealership because of the staff: professional, friendly, and easy! Worked with Scotty who connected all the contacts and followed up quickly, Anthony who put the deal together in under 20 minutes, and Ryan who worked with getting the car to me. Honestly, I’ve taken more time shopping for clothes! Great group to work with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 - Chris Dykes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Volkswagen GTI from Kearny Mesa Volkswagen. Jose Ochoa was great to work with throughout the process. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, and I really appreciated the overall condition it was presented in. The interior was exceptionally clean, the 30k service had just been completed, two new tires had been installed, and the original accessories were included. The buying process was straightforward, and although we couldn’t quite get to the price I originally hoped for, I felt the vehicle itself offered good value. I appreciated the time and effort put into making sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I’m very happy with my GTI and look forward to enjoying it. Thanks to Jose and the team at Kearny Mesa Volkswagen!

We had an excellent experience with Sean Vakili helping - nonin

We had an excellent experience with Sean Vakili helping us buy our 2023 ID4. No nonsense and respect for our time. He was genuinely excited about the car he was selling us and got us in and out as quickly as possible. I would definitely buy from him again.

This is a service specific review. - wargamedt

This is a service specific review. Brought in my ID4 for software recall update; was notified via letter in mail. The initial update failed and took longer than expected. I understand this happens sometimes, Miguel in service was able to offer me an enterprise loaner car from across the street and everyone in service was very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the car, Kattelyn assisted me quickly as well. thanks everyone!

Our salesman was Alvaro and he did everything for us to... - Mommyofdamian

Our salesman was Alvaro and he did everything for us to get financed for the vehicle (Tiguan) I truly wanted. He went straight to the point and didn’t push to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. He was nice and got us financed with the help of the finance guy Don! They’re great! I recommend everyone that wants to get into a vehicle go to Ontario Volkswagen!!!!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pacific - sheanak

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pacific Volkswagen and James was incredible to work with from start to finish. He understood that I was looking for a specific trim and interior and was quick to notify me when one became available. After purchase, there was an issue with the transmission and James took care of everything immediately and advocated for me to ensure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Having James on my side made the entire transaction better and helped me feel secure in a very expensive investment.

My wife and I worked with Destin Graham at Hansel - amandajeicher

My wife and I worked with Destin Graham at Hansel Volkswagen to purchase a used ID.4 that feels like a new car, and we loved the experience. Destin made it clear, easy, and low-pressure to purchase a car that feels like a real upgrade for us, and it all went very quickly and smoothly. We're not new to the process, but he provided insights that led to a truly great deal and a beautiful new car. We also felt he went out of his way to make the purchase happen on our timeline - it definitely seems like Hansel and Destin both view the process like it's as valuable as the car. Would recommend working with Destin at Hansel to anyone looking for an excellent and easeful car-buying experience.

I had a wonderful experience leasing my new vehicle at VW - Karen

I had a wonderful experience leasing my new vehicle at VW Mission Bay. The process was stress free and pleasant. Rod was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Joe was very kind and attentive in helping me close my old lease, thank you both for assisting me in this whole process.

They sold me a lemon, customer service leaves more to be - yoitssean

They sold me a lemon, customer service leaves more to be desired, and they don’t give out loaners. VW Customer Care gave me a refund on the car based on California's Lemon Law.

Thank you Eddie Del Angel for the exceptional service I - edgerchik

Thank you Eddie Del Angel for the exceptional service I received at McKenna Volkswagen! From our first conversation to the final handshake, your professionalism, honesty, and dedication made the entire process stress-free.I truly appreciate the effort you put into securing me such a great deal. Also, many thanks to John Apodaca for his time and attention! It’s rare to find someone who combines deep product knowledge with genuine care for their customers, and John exemplify both. I feel confident and happy with my purchase, and I will gladly recommend you and McKenna Volkswagen to friends, family, and colleagues. Once again, thank you for going above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

I've bought several cars over the years, and - edgerchik

I've bought several cars over the years, and unfortunately, my recent experience at Winn Volkswagen was one of the worst. I was promised a quote match over the phone from a Salesperson (Zachary Gluzman). He even said they can beat my quote and that his manager will make it happen. He said Winn Volkswagen is a professional and very aggressive dealership and that they don't want to waste my time and play any games. He scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. He texted me three times to confirm my appointment. I took time off from work to buy a car. First of all, he never showed up, but a Product Specialist (Josh Santos) showed me the car. He was very professional and knowledgeable. However, when the time came to finalize the deal, a Sales Manager (Gene Gant) backed out and said that he absolutely can't match it. I showed the quote from McKenna Volkswagen to a General Manager (Michelle McEvoy). She apologized, spoke to the Owner (Danny Nguyen) and they still couldn't honor a commitment. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it's unacceptable. The sales staff seemed far more interested in upselling than being honest or honoring their word. Shady tactics and dishonest sales. I left feeling frustrated, misled, and like my time had been completely wasted. It's not representative of a great Volkswagen brand and I thought I would never buy Volkswagen. However, when I called McKenna again, they matched the quote to the dot and I ended up buying a car. Thank you, McKenna team, for the exceptional service. From our first conversation to the final handshake, your professionalism, honesty, and dedication made the entire process stress-free. If you value transparency, integrity, and respect for your time, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that treat customers honestly - sadly, this is not one of them.

I feel taken advantage of by the 3 men who sold me my - Taken Advantage Of

I feel taken advantage of by the 3 men who sold me my vehicle, David, Idk, and Zack. I'm a single woman with 750+ credit score who was pre-approved with my credit union, these 3 men knew that and they still hit my credit for 4 hard inquiries!! This lead to a bait and switch move that made me feel taken advantage of, like how could you, really? Everything changed in the finace room! They added LoJack, and extended warranties I TOLD them I did not want. They added a down payment to my contract! They changed the APR, my term, and all dollar amounts for my trade in! My approved loan from my credit union went from $40K at 6.4% apr for 60 months, to a $47K at 7.9% apr for 84 months with financing from VW?? Only get a car here if you feel like paying extra. As in, $10K-$20K extra. A new 2025 VW Tijuan shouldn't cost $47,200.87 in December 2025. I won't ever shut up about this. Everyone should know how this dealership operates. I understand it's a business, but you don't have to be so dirty.

Here's a polished version of your - ravibellamkonda

Here's a polished version of your review: "Disappointing Experience with Winn VW I leased an ID4 from Winn VW, paying a $7,000 down payment and $450 monthly. The manager was manipulative, and the service team has been rude and unresponsive. My ID4 has several issues: - Poor mileage (only 140 miles per charge) - Multiple security concerns (car stops in the middle of the road) - 4 recalls Despite reaching out to Josh, I received no resolution. Instead, he contacted me about removing my Google review and cancelled my appointment. He was disrespectful and mishandled my personal information. I've been trying to get assistance for 8 months, but Winn VW has been unhelpful. My car has been sitting in my garage due to these issues. Considering legal action. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

One of the best dealership experiences that I have had in - frmrmarine1999

One of the best dealership experiences that I have had in a long time. Rico was a fantastic salesman along with the Finance Manager and finally with Gaston Diaz. The entire experience was great and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new car or used one...!

Had an appointment but vehicle sat for 1 hour and 30 - Tomsd2az

Had an appointment but vehicle sat for 1 hour and 30 minutes until I confronted the manager. They quickly got the job done after that and were very apologetic and gave me a complimentary tire rotation. I was satisfied when I left.

The best experience I ever had at San Bernardino - Alonzo García

The best experience I ever had at San Bernardino Volkswagen hands down, ellena helped me out so much she’s a very sweet person, and was very honest and very detailed with going over eveything for my new car, that she got me into and also the best general manager super honest guy. They were both very fast and easy to communicate with and super helpful they answered all my questions and they made sure I was satisfied with everything about my new car and made it happen. I recommend all of you guys to get in contact with Ellena very helpful person and once again the Gerneral manager very cool guy. This was the best experience I ever had in any dealership.

Sales staff were professional, caring and patient during my experience in purchasing a 2023 VW Atlas.

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service - gfalvo3

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again

Absolutely horrendous service. - BS

Absolutely horrendous service. Looked at a used vehicle one day and the backseat belts were completely disconnected from the car. We test drove it and liked it and they told us a few items that were missing from the car were ordered and would be part of the deal, we decided we would come back with our kids once the seatbelts are reconnected. We did that the next weekend. Several items we were told we’re on order and we signed a contract that day and made a deposit with those items in the contract. three days later we were told all the parts had arrived and we could come pick up the car. We arrived with the checkbook in hand and then were told that those parts were not ordered and would not be ordered for us and then were intimidated and accosted and verbally yelled at multiple times by another car dealer that we did not even deal with at all for the original deal. if they think we were giving them 40 grand after that, they’re poorly mistaken. We walked out.

Erik V helped me Lease a new 2025 Audi Q3 and it was a - mrsacparker

Erik V helped me Lease a new 2025 Audi Q3 and it was a pleasure doing business with him. This is our 5th Audi we have purchased and we have never had a bad experience. I recommend Audi Bakersfield to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.

Kristina Ho and Sunnyvale Volkswagen were very responsive - curtjohnson59

Kristina Ho and Sunnyvale Volkswagen were very responsive and easy to work with. They were all very polite and didn't pressure me into options that I didn't want. So much so, that they allowed me to consider the extended warranty for a short period after the sale was finalized. If you are searching for a car, I recommend paying them a visit.

My husband and I both thought Ray Reel was very honest, - allskiillz

My husband and I both thought Ray Reel was very honest, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I was actually looking at buying another make and model elsewhere. I will be honest since Ray is very personable and well spoken it made me want to buy another Volkswagen. He was very aware that I didn't want to spend all day with my family at the dealership and helped work out the numbers before we came down. The process went so smoothly and I appreciate it. I feel like Ray did an amazing job and I would definitely purchase another car from you guys. Also Frank was very helpful and kind.

My husband and I went to Stevens Creek Volkswagen to look... - mrscourtneyreed

My husband and I went to Stevens Creek Volkswagen to look at a new Atlas. We live in Santa Cruz, but the Santa Cruz Volkswagen dealership is awful, so for us it was worth the drive. The first day we met with Bang and he was wonderful! He showed us a few different Atlas’ and they were great but didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. It was late so we decided to come back the next day. When we came back, we worked with Alex and again, he was wonderful! He found a new Atlas with everything that I wanted. As we were talking he asked if I would be interested in a CPO lease return. I said yes and he showed us a top of the line Atlas with every bell and whistle. Since it was a lease return, it was close in price to the new lower model we had been looking at. We were sold! Alex made the negotiation process a breeze and never pressured us of made us feel uncomfortable. He was upfront and laid back the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend making the trip to San Jose to go to Stevens Creek Volkswagen if you’re in the market for a VW. Everyone was so nice and professional. We’ll be making the drive to have our Atlas serviced here because they’re so great.

Andrew was fantastic! - Lesliejames64

Andrew was fantastic! He made our purchasing experience very smooth. His customer service is impeccable. We left with a beautiful Volvo and actually had fun doing it! The new fully electric Volvo’s are amazing and we could not be happier with this purchase. Thank you Andrew for educating us on all the bells and whistles that this car has.

Very Satisfied - nksandoval4

Bought the VW Jetta '14 at a reasonable price. Thanks to Dominic Diaz I know my little family will be safe. Great choice of car and excellent customer service!

This company is worse than what I hear from everyone. - Yung

This company is worse than what I hear from everyone. My DFP light came on and brought my vehicle to the Cardinale dealership. They said that I need a new DFP system. It cost me $2,500. The light comes back on again within 4 months. I didn't want to go back to Cardinale. So I took it to a reputable mechanic in town, and the fault code was for Cardinale to update the software of the DFP system they put in 4 months ago. I took it back to Cardinale. They are telling me I had a check engine light on and I need a new thermostat. Which I did not have a check engine light on when I brought in. That cost me $1,700, and they even charged me $400 for updating the software. Then, 2 months later, the DFP light comes back again. This time they are telling me that I need a new Catalytic Converter, and it will cost me $3,700. They are so unprofessional. It's hard to believe they are a dealership. They don't return your messages. They don't know the previous services they performed. It's a mess. At this point, I had a feeling I was getting scammed. I towed my vehicle to another dealership 50 miles away. The DFP regeneration is costly at a dealership, but I got it done with $864. And nothing was wrong with my Catalytic Converter. I heard so many people complaining about this company. It really is all true. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this place.

The best car buying experience ever - Sarah

My boyfriend bought his GTI from Amir, he was so indecisive about the kind of car but Amir spent time and helped him to find the car suited him the most. Process was easy and we didn’t feel any pressure. Thanks VW Boardwalk for the exceptional service.
