We traded in our 2 toyotas to buy a 2024 rav 4 at the dealership. We are very lucky to meet Kevin at the Toyota dealership. He always treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He is very professional. He always goes out of his way to help us. Kevin is the reason we will continue to use the merced Toyota dealership to service our car.

The original estimate was $720 and it ended up costing me $300 because they remembered that they had done the spark plug replacement a year ago. I didn't remember that.

She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now.
