Platinum Auto Haus is amazing! Alex and Tony are the best!!! Today is my first day with my new Audi and I can't be any happier. The R8 has been my dream car and it's now mine! It is like dealing with friends here and not like those other car sales reps that are only interested in their own pockets. Since this is my first time buying a new car in the US, I have a bunch of "stupid" problems regarding buying a car. Gary and Jason were super patient and responsive when I have questions. I am deeply frustrated and disheartened by their service experience. Not only has the initial problem with my vehicle not been resolved, but the follow-up service and support have also been significantly lacking. The suggestion that my attempt to show evidence of the issue was "deceptive" is particularly troubling and not reflective of the customer service standards I expected.

we left a car for a recall. They said 2 to 3 hrs but couldn't get it done till next day. When I picked it up, Giovanni in service was very personable, put on new difficult wipers at no charge and was so very nice and a veteran.

On January 23, 2024 ( driving home to Flagstaff from Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drove us and our dog to the La Quinta, got the part they needed from a Dodge dealer in Merced, and had it fixed by 1pm the next day! All employees were professional, super helpful, and very nice and friendly. We were so blessed and appreciative they didn’t sent us to Dodge or say they were too busy etc. Thank you Eddie and the mechanics at Santos Ford!!!

I normally do not leave reviews but I thought I would spread some love today. I just brought my GT-R here after bringing it to two other Nissan dealers (I won't name which ones) and these guys really saved me a lot of time and $$$ but most importantly made me feel wanted when I came in. I was told that my car needed control solenoids to be fixed and the other two dealers said that it would cost me a lot of money, I called Stevens Creek Nissan and they told me to bring it in and they would check it out and it might not be the solenoid. Sure enough it was something much cheaper. Andy their GT-R tech and Ron the service advisor were awesome. I can't recommend them enough. They genuinely made me feel special when I came in and even better when I left.
