I drove home not knowing the seat was broke and the seat fell back causing me to swerve and almost hit another car. Justin didn't log the miles at check in. Justin Begley lied on the repair order. I brought my car in for a battery diagnostic and left w/ a broken driver side seat and a broken antenna. Both items were fine before arriving. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. More

We were only presented with one warranty option (an 8-year plan) and were not given the opportunity to explore or compare other warranty choices. Overall, the sales experience with Marcia was excellent, but the limited flexibility during the finance process impacted our overall rating. More
