I’ve taken my BMW X5 to three dealerships in my area, and Long Beach BMW has consistently had the best pricing. The video from the show inspection was the most through compared to other dealerships. I also did not feel upsold or pressured into future maintenance items. My service advisor, Bertha, was transparent and friendly. An uber was provided for my transportation from/to the dealer. The work was completed by the promised time and in a reasonable duration. Long Beach BMW has gained a new service customer.

BMW of Mountain View are exceptionally great with their customers! I feel I’ve made the right choice in purchasing my first BMW at their location. I’ve never experienced better service for any of my previous non-BMW cars. My husband never cared to purchase European cars because of the maintenance costs, but working with Kevin Tran gives us an extra peace of mind that we’ll always be well taken care of. He goes well above and beyond with customer service, he’s very personable, and great with advice. She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. Anthony was very friendly, personable, professional and helpful with his customer service. He did the walk around the car with me, showing me the maintenance issues, including the issues with my tires and gave me some good hands-on tips on assessing the treads. He was great at explaining the inspection report details and giving me all the pricing around the different tire replacement options. Thanks Anthony! The inspection team also sent me a useful video of the engine compartment, including their pointing out some rodent damage. Thanks team! The lounge was also a great and comfortable place to hang out during the service, and I appreciated being given the option of a complimentary shuttle home should I have preferred not to stay. Thanks Service Center!

The 5 stars are specifically for Eddie Calderon. Incredibly knowledgeable, informative, honest, empathetic and just generally a good guy. I brought my car in for regular service and the technician found a few needed repairs. Although I didn't have all the repairs completed, Eddie explained each and every one and provided his recommendations for the priority they should be done. He also explained in plain language what each repair entailed and what the different parts in the car actually did to keep it running. Have never had such a positive experience at this dealer. Eddie is best in class.
