I spoke with EIGHT dealerships before deciding where to purchase, and Martin was by far the easiest and most pleasant person to work with. He was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had and never once made me feel like I was being a bother or pressured into making a decision. Martin and the dealership went out of their way to get me the absolute best deal possible. Between dealership-specific savings and available rebates, they were able to save me around $10,000 off the car, which was honestly incredible!!! I had been quoted $$$ in monthly payments at other dealerships, so I was genuinely so shocked when Martin was able to work out such a great deal for me. I drove over 6 hours to pick up my truck, and after working with Rob, I can honestly say I would have driven 12 hours if I had to. Working with him was unlike any car-buying experience I have ever had. Rob’s speed, attention to detail, customer service, honesty, and communication are truly world-class. From the beginning, we talked through the numbers clearly, and he gave me the best deal without any games. He was straightforward, transparent, and most importantly, he kept his word. During my search for the right vehicle, I came across a lot of shady dealerships that changed numbers, added hidden fees, and made the process frustrating. Rob did none of that. He was honest from start to finish and delivered exactly what he said he would. That level of integrity is rare, and it made all the difference. My recent experience with the service department at Quality Chevrolet was 20 stars. Five stars was not enough. The service advisor, Michael Delozier was excellant! Michael greeted me with b smile, patiently listened to the concerns regarding my car, explained what service needed to be performed, provided a timeline, and delivered my vehicle at the end of the day, several days earlier than expected. Michael inspired trust, knowledge, and professionalism. Great job!

As always*, getting my car serviced here was a 100%-positive experience. All the staff are friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Erick Cea, as always, handled everything in a way that made me feel valued, and taken care of, as a customer. The whole place is clean and inviting. In addition to vending machines, the kitchen also offers complimentary coffee and tea; and popcorn. Two Apple desktop workstations, each on a clean desk, with a comfy chair in front. And sometimes it's nice to sit in the comfy armchair placed next to each of the desks. And, possibly most important, a clean and pleasant-smelling bathroom. * I've been a customer of Allen Gwynn's service team for over a decade.
