I am writing to update my review of my servicing. I misunderstood a portion of my service and I want to express how great my service was. Tony explained everything to me when I dropped off my vehicle and explained all the work done when I picked up my car. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and very careful. All work was done and even finished an hour earlier.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

The staff even checked on me with my newborn, offered a chair and water, and kept the waiting area clean and comfortable. No gimmicks—just genuinely great service! We recently purchased a new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Trail Sport from Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. Since my wife and I live in Prescott, AZ, I made my first contact with Findlay online. Both the General Manager (Jacob) and salesperson (Caetlyn) responded to us within just a few minutes. Since we did not need to test drive the truck and were ready to make a deal, I spoke to Jacob over the phone and very quickly work out a deal for a very reasonable price that worked well for us. Since our trade-in vehicle was only a couple of years old and was still under warranty, Jacob was able to quote us a price that was within the KBB trade-in value range. The whole process over the phone took less than ten minutes and ended with a written deal by email . Everything was very upfront with no hidden fees. We were very happy that we didn't have to do any hard, drawn out negotiating as you have to do at some dealerships. The next day, we drove up to Flagstaff to make the purchase. Caetlyn was very accommodating on the time that worked for us and she had most of the paper work finished by the time we arrived. The truck was also ready for delivery and was inside the sales building waiting for us. The whole buying process was quick and easy. The finance lady was also very professional and did not try to pressure us into buying any of the extras that are commonly offered in the finance room. We highly recommend anyone who is seriously looking to purchase a new Honda vehicle to make Findlay Honda their first choice. Joe & Julie

This is what a professional dealership should look like. After experiencing a profoundly disappointing experience at a different dealership, I severed my contact and ditched the deal. Within 24 hours I was happily driving off the Earnhardt lot with the exact car I was trying to get elsewhere (for two weeks)! Robert in internet sales responded quickly to my inquiries and was straightforward and honest about all dealings. I bought a car here over 15 years ago. I should have come back to this dealership first. My mistake, so come here FIRST!

When I’ve purchased cars from other dealerships in the past, the process took so long and the information provided to me seemed convoluted. Ryan Valenzuela called me on a Monday morning after I had left my callback number the previous Sunday night. I met with him that Monday morning at 10:30. He was very professional, polite, well mannered, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and made the purchasing process easier than I had ever experienced. I will surely keep his card and contact him when I make my next Honda purchase.

9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
