The car I drove previously was a 2001 Toyota Sienna, with 244,000+ miles on it, and it had no modern safety features, except air bags and anti-lock brakes. My salesperson, Oleg Lukyanchikov, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and totally trustworthy and honest. Oleg showed me several cars, designed to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. No pressure at all, from Oleg. I am very happy with my new car and with Oleg. They could have easily said no to me and and that would be the end, but they where willing to help - even if I was being very particular about the car. Special thanks to the people below and how they help with this process. Oleg Lukyanchikov (Sales Consultant) - He provided all the information for the first and second car beautifully. He is very personable and wants you to find THE car. Meeting him again for the return of the first car (before he even was scheduled to show) provided some comfort that I would be treated more then a person buying a car. After finding the ONE he personally drove to Wood bridge retrieve the vehicle. If you want someone that sees what you want Oleg is the man. Nayne Mohamed (Sales Manager) - He provide all the options that I could go with. He broke down a slight issue with returning the car with Ownershield (warrenty) that could simply not be paid and needed to be transferred to a vehicle on the lot. Being that I was very specific on the car I wanted he started to work on a plan. He updated and worked with me to find the ONE and he simply provided a very smooth and hitch-less plan. A very big thank you to the inventory manager. She was searching high and low for the car that I wanted. I didn't catch her name but to you, You are a rock-start! Really wish I could have thanked you in person. Last but not least, Adam Zaboli (Business Manager) - He provided great customer service when it came down to the financing. He broke down each and every amount. Provide some great information on the warranties and broke down how I would need to use them and when. The only reason I went with two warranties was how he described them and gave me situations that I could possibly be in commuting to and from work. I usually only go for GAP insurance but when with two other warranties that would have been handy with my previous car. Paswale Bruni (Business Manager) - He provide a very smooth transition from moving the loan from one car to another. I've read online that this process can take hours at other non Toyota Dealers. I sat down and he had all the paperwork ready. Thank you everyone for the help and providing a service that I would honestly recommend everyone in my social circle to experience even if they do not by a car there. More

We took our 2017 RAV4 in for service on 12/6/2023. Maurice Allen, Assistant Service Manager handled the processing of our service appointment. He was extremely helpful and professional. In the process of inspecting the RAV4 they found a number of things that needed replaced, but were covered under our extended warranty. In addition, they made a recommendation that we needed new front brakes, an alignment and that we needed to replace the serpentine belt, which were not covered under the warranty. Maurice shared all the information with me and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me so I could feel comfortable with the recommendations. As a result, I authorized all the items that were recommended. The bottom line is this. I trust Maurice Allen and he respresents Ouirsman Fairfax Toyota well. He is one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with. More
