We took our 2017 RAV4 in for service on 12/6/2023. Maurice Allen, Assistant Service Manager handled the processing of our service appointment. He was extremely helpful and professional. Included in the items to be completed was the annual state safety inspection. In the process of inspecting the RAV4 they found a number of things that needed replaced, but were covered under our extended warranty. In addition, they made a recommendation that we needed new front brakes, an alignment and that we needed to replace the serpentine belt, which were not covered under the warranty. Maurice shared all the information with me and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me so I could feel comfortable with the recommendations. As a result, I authorized all the items that were recommended. The bottom line is this. I trust Maurice Allen and he respresents Ouirsman Fairfax Toyota well. He is one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with. More

We had an extremely positive experience with the service department—said no one ever! Except this time, it could never be more true. My service light came on in my Rav4. I called my neighborhood, Ourisman department—said no one ever! Except this time, it could never be more true. My service light came on in my Rav4. I called my neighborhood, Ourisman Fairfax Toyota, late yesterday afternoon. It was Saturday. The person who answered the phone was awesome. I am sorry I did not get her name. While there were no service appointments' left, given the time of day, I didn't expect there to be, she had me bring my car in as a drop-in. David Martin, Assistant Service Manager, greeted us and determined that my car was due for an oil change. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Mr. Martin made it possible for my car to be serviced while I waited. Less than an hour later, I was back on the road. I've not met a kinder man. Mr. Martin understood that I just started a new job and that I needed my car to commute to work the next day. As a new employee, the last thing I wanted to do was ask my new employer for time off so that I could have my car serviced. I am very grateful to Mr. Martin and to Ourisman. I highly recommend Ourisman, Fairfax Toyota, and all of the great people there. They care. More

We are from out of State, looking for a Toyota Highlander AWD. Dealers in our State in southern region informed us they couldn’t find one for us.
