I had wait OVER AN HOUR before a representative came to take care of me. What’s the point of an appointment? Everyone was polite and apologetic, and when I came to pick up my car, the process was fast and smooth. But you need to have a manager there to evaluate the incoming situation and be able to assign another person of two to take care of a back-up like I experienced. Not acceptable. More
Johnny was rude and abrupt, he did not care one ounce about showing me a few new cars. I walked away, approaching another salesman. Sadly, he was spread in a million directions, and we waited over 3 hour about showing me a few new cars. I walked away, approaching another salesman. Sadly, he was spread in a million directions, and we waited over 3 hours. I had seen incentives on Keyes' website, but I received nothing and no rebates. Although I do love the car, I am concerned about the gas mileage, barely 160 miles, and I need to gas up ALREADY!! The sticker on the car reads $2,000 annual at 26 combined city/hwy. I called today; my concern is real, I was told to give it another week; the car needs to settle/adjust. At this rate, I will need about 8/10 grand a year to drive this KONA N LINE S AWD. Also, I did not see the Keyes sign upon arrival, and while paying, I asked if they were owned by Keyes Subaru. I was told not anymore. My experience with Keys Subaru was horrific. I bought a Lemon during Covid and was mocked for telling them I could smell oil burning. They did nothing, and I never went back. Well..... it blew itself up while at Santa Monica Subaru, a much KINDER place for Subaru cars and repairs. I sure hope my service at Hyundai will be better. I have to be honest: without incentives, they pick/choose and play the game, depending on how you pay, and with no rebates, I don't think I can send folks their way. The wait was INSANE and way over the top. The GAS is a real concern, which makes it false advertising from Hyundai. My salesman (Austin) was/is truly a gentleman (5STARS), but I will forever be heartbroken that I did not go to another dealer with incentives/rebates. I got sucked into their game. Be smarter!! More
I will never do business with Keyes Hyundai ever again. I leased my second vehicle from them in December 2024 and the experience has been terrible. I turned in my lease a few months early to lease an Ionic I leased my second vehicle from them in December 2024 and the experience has been terrible. I turned in my lease a few months early to lease an Ionic 5 and we agreed that I would pay off the remaining months left on the lease but they would waive the mileage overage (about $300). Cut to four months later and I have Hyundai Finance coming after me about the $300. I called our salesman Shakespeare and he refused to honor the deal I made with him. The manager who was working there apparently no longer is there and so he couldn’t “confirm.” I left two messages for the current GM of the dealership to call me back after Shakespeare refused to honor the deal he made and was ghosted. In short, they don’t honor the deals they make and don’t even call back. This place sucks and I’ll never return. Stay away. More
Title: Extremely Disappointed – Work Not Completed Despite $1,950 Bill Three weeks ago, I brought in my Hyundai Nexo for fuel cell coolant and filter replacement and was charged $1,950. Today, the Despite $1,950 Bill Three weeks ago, I brought in my Hyundai Nexo for fuel cell coolant and filter replacement and was charged $1,950. Today, the same warning message — “Replace fuel cell coolant and filter” — is still showing on my dashboard. More importantly, I had also clearly mentioned that: • The steering wheel was misaligned (symmetry issue), • And the digital gauge cluster (instrument panel) sometimes shuts off unexpectedly. I made sure both issues were documented in the service record. However, none of these issues were addressed when the vehicle was returned to me. This raises a serious question: What exactly was done for $1,950? If the vehicle was returned without completing the service I paid for, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally. I expect a clear explanation and resolution as soon as possible. More
I leased my Ioniq 6 in Glendale, so I was nervous about a new dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with Keyes. Donovan was extremely helpful. I am now happy for the change. new dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with Keyes. Donovan was extremely helpful. I am now happy for the change. More
WISH I had noted the greeter's (young man's) name who checked me in while waiting in line for service tech. Knowledgeable and willing to help by addressing and answering questions I had about car's techn checked me in while waiting in line for service tech. Knowledgeable and willing to help by addressing and answering questions I had about car's technology before service tech for the service tech who was hands off - not offensively, just rushed. No question on this survey about front line people who start the process. And there should be as they kick off the experience. More
I had a solid experience at Keyes Hyundai. The best part was working with salesman Austin Seo. He was professional, respectful and put me in a vehicle I really enjoy for a fair price.
