David Reyes the sales rep was great! Really help you get a vehicle. Even though I couldn’t make it on certain days he still reached out. Not harassing but showed he cared. Then when I finally made it in the other personnel staff was also great. Helped me to get into my beautiful 2022 Acura RDX! Their pre-owned vehicles are great as well as the new ones. They took my car to a third party without my authorization for an oil change / tire rotation & then they tried to charge me twice for their fees along with the third party fees! Generally I receive excellent service at this dealer. This time though, I feel the need to share my less than excellent experience. The car was ready in a timely manner and I picked it up at the end of t This time though, I feel the need to share my less than excellent experience. The car was ready in a timely manner and I picked it up at the end of the day. The service rep said one issue was covered under warranty but the oil and filter changes would be $250.00 (about). I said I wasn’t expecting that and that I had a maintenance agreement. He asked if I had a coupon and I said maybe at home but I didn’t think I’d need it. Anyway they always expire before I actually need them. I handed him my credit card but continued to press the issue about the maintenance agreement and asked if he could check if was 3 years or 5 years (my car was a 2021). Reluctantly he checked and said “oh you do have one and there is no charge.” He didnt apologize for the oversight and if I hadn’t pushed the issue I would have paid the bill. I didn’t say anything more but it did bother me, especially when the receipt had wording about excellent customer service. I know What that looks like since I worked in a service industry for over 40 years. I personally don’t expect anything from this experience, I just think that part of service recovery is transparency and apology. More
