When I went to Lewes Automall, I pretty much knew what I was looking for. I had already test-driven a 2012 Chevy Cruze and was hoping to drive a 2013 model. Lewes Automall had just gotten quite a few in s was looking for. I had already test-driven a 2012 Chevy Cruze and was hoping to drive a 2013 model. Lewes Automall had just gotten quite a few in stock, and I had already dealt with Mark Greytak at another dealership, and together we set up a test-drive. At this point, Craig Gaskin and Dana Cera were instrumental in showing me some of the new features of the 2013 Cruze and help me determine the compatability of my iPod and bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. The next day I was delighted when Mark called and told me there was another dealership close by that had the precise car I was looking for; the following day, Mark emailed me to let me know they were going to get the car transferred to Lewes Automall for me to buy. Mark then emailed me a sheet to indicate approximately what the car would cost me after my trade-in had been considered. Purchasing the car was a breeze from then on. Bob Dixon fully explained the warranty and other options while Mark concentrated on getting my temporary registration and auto insurance taken care of. Mark, Dana and my brother Rusty Dunlop (who formerly worked at a Chevy dealership) all helped explain the Onstar and MyLink applications after I made the purchase. Overall it was an extremely pleasant purchase experience, thanks to the teamwork and expertise of all the staff previously mentioned. I look forward to many years of enjoying my 2013 Cruze and am indebted to Lewes Automall for the fantastic job they did in handling my new car purchase. I will certainly consider Lewes Automall again for future auto purchases and will highly recommend them to my family and friends. More

I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over ten years. Dana Cera, Bob Dixon and JB Barbarulo made it a very pleasant and rewarding experience. From meeting Dana and taking a test drive to completeing the pape Cera, Bob Dixon and JB Barbarulo made it a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Having a problem with a rental vehicle and stopped at this Chevrolet dealer to get some minor help with a chiming sound that was going off and figuring out how to open the hood. I would recommend this service center with a small amount of reservations. Staff is very friendly and professional. They try to schedule me quickly when I call which I appreciate. I was upset when I was charged an additional 4.27 for "shop charges" over the 69.95 I agreed to for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked what exactly qualified as shop charges they told me to look at the placard which was placed at ankle level with the list of possible things that could be included as shop charges. I cannot remember the whole list but many of the items to me would just be your shared overhead that is used on all cars at a service shop - for example, the paper floor mats that are put in to keep your carpet clean was one that struck me as particularly laughable. I realize there is a cost to the service center for all these things but they need to determine exactly what they feel each customer should cover as a general rule and then raise their prices slightly to cover this shared overhead expense. I would have gladly paid 74.95 for the service I had performed and never known that part of it was for the paper floor mats. I didn't appreciate being nickeled and dimed at their discretion with no itemized explanation. Next time, I will take my own paper floor mats and expect a deduction of several cents on my service charge. Please rethink how you recoup these expenses because this just left a sour taste in my mouth. More
