Disappointed in my treatment when recall repairs needed. Dealer now refuses loaners — even when car has a recall notice— to Progressive customers. This benefits the dealership, NOT the customer. Accidents with loaner cars are probably a very low incidence event, and those accidents that happen to customers with Progressive insurance coverage even a tinier percentage. But IG Burton doesn’t want to bother to report anything to their own insurance company first?! Not even for a recall repair? These are luxury vehicles and i don’t feel like a valued — or trusted— customer. Further, while the valet driver was very nice, he hadn’t driven a manual transmission in a very long time. You have the ability to know that my car has (or doesn’t have) an automatic transmission. Please provide experienced valet drivers who are very familiar with a stick shift, at least for those of us who still own them. More
I brought my car in for 4 new tires on Wednesday, October 16. My appointment was for 8am and I arrived at 7.45. I was the first customer to arrive and the dealer knew I was going to wait. This is a long time and I should have been told before I decided to wait. This morning I noticed I was billed twice on my credit card. I called the credit card company and was told that I was double charged. I had to have them reverse one. I felt the service was weak, the service attitude indifferent at best, and then I almost got overcharged by $1,622.95. My wife will need a new car soon but it won’t be from IG Burton. More

I would also like to acknowledge the general manager Scott, Karen, the young man in the finance office that finalized our sales and the two gentlemen that came to my home today October 18th to pick up my vehicle and bring it back to because of an emission issue were wonderful.
