Dont bother with trade in I did a Kelly blue book value on my car. Very nice person contacted me about selling my car outright. I respond that I not willing to sell my car for I did a Kelly blue book value on my car. Very nice person contacted me about selling my car outright. I respond that I not willing to sell my car for auction price. He says that the low figure and to bring the car in to check it out. I go there and they offer three hundred dollars over auction price. Even saying the car looks immaculate and garage kept. What an insult 7 other dealerships have the same car on their lot for five thousand dollars more. wasn't looking to get that just a reasonable price over auction price. I guess the bottom line is if you have a trade don't go here. More

I just paid $52000.00 for this and Manager Kurt don't understand why I wouldn't want it be paintef. They also lied to me that I couldn't get out of my loan because BMW wouldn't allow it , which is not true according to BMW. More

The manager couldn't even apologize he just kept making excuses even though I was standing in front of him. Tricksters *and* untrustworthy Drove down from Newark for a used car they'd advertised. (A) They tried to get me to sign a promissory note for the full price before I took it to my mechanic. A promissory note is equivalent to agreeing to a loan, that's payable on demand, oh, and BTW, the note said nothing about the car, I would just have owed them the money, technically with nothing in return. (B) They reneged, in written agreement, on making some paint repairs. "Oh, we'll take care of that anyhow, don't you worry" ....With these guys, you'd better worry! I finally walked away from the transaction. Wasted time, raised blood pressure, overall bad taste in mouth. IG Burton, G_D bless them, and keep them, *far away* from me. More

Costly parts body shop upsell???? Terrible customer service and parts are 4x what you would pay ordering them from BMW yourself. BEWARE!!!! They are sneaky and will rip you off. My car broke down in Rehoboth Beach and rather than having it towed to Philadelphia I decided to use the closest BMW Dealer. (That was my first mistak My car broke down in Rehoboth Beach and rather than having it towed to Philadelphia I decided to use the closest BMW Dealer. (That was my first mistake). One coil replacement turned into all the coils being replaced, along with the spark plugs. ($1500.00) As if I did not learn my lesson, I went back to have my air serviced a few weeks later. All I needed was a charge, it was blowing hot air ($250.00). The minute I drove it off the lot it started acting up. I called to complain that it was not working properly, and I wanted to bring it back. The first appointment was a week later (No air and it was 100 degrees). When I brought the car back, I was told that I need to replace the blower part. I said to the service agent, that nothing was wrong with the blowers when I brought it in, her response to me was......"It was an inconvenience coincidence". ($500.00) I asked to speak to the service Manager, .they were not available to speak to me, but I was given a 10% off coupon. Should have gone to Pep boys, it would have cost $50.00 tops. A few days later they had the audacity to call and ask about my experience, I explained that I was not happy, and again requested to speak to the service Manager....I'm still waiting. (Two months later). Don't fall for the glitz and glamour THEY WIll RIP YOU OFF!!! I have been driving BMW's for the past 35 years, and have never been treated with such disrespect. More
