I only saw BMW's, Land Rovers, Audis, Mercedes Benz, etc. Everything looked good and of excellent quality. The bad thing about this agency is: 1) They do not accept credit from other banks. The financing is done with their own agencies, banks or lenders. 2) This is perhaps what bothers me the most, and it is the addition of a "service package". We went to get the car but they won't let you buy it if you don't also buy a service package for 1990 dollars. This is not optional. That is, no matter what, you have to buy it. I feel like this is "legal theft." Can you imagine going to Home Depot to buy a lawnmower and being told that they will only sell it to you if you also buy a series of things you don't want? Or go to McDonalds and order a Big Mac but they wont give it to you unless you buy it with fries and soda? More
