Don't use Steve Salerno!!! He is a sleaze ball . We came into his office to make a deal. He should take salesman class 101. To make the long story short, he started showing us some bogus numbers how the company paid $35,000 or something for a used 2010 Lexus RX 350, listed for $35,450. Really!!! I thought to myself, your company is stupid for paying that kind of money. He said that they barely making any money so there would be no room for haggling. I basically told him you just wasted my time and your time and walked out. That is one of the stupidest selling tactics used in a high end used cars. He reminds me of Danny Devito in "Matilda" where Danny was a sleazy car salesman. Do not use him!!!! More
I have dealt with several dealerships and salespersons over the years and I would have to saying my Ecarone buying experience was one of the best. I called ahead to schedule a time to test drive a few different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my different cars I had in mind. The next day I showed up 20 minutes early and Rocky already had the cars lined up for me, he let me take them out on my own test drives and I thought to myself this is not only the best experience already, but I never felt pressured, he told me the history of the cars, and was always up front with me on every question I had. When it came to Finance, Ozzie was a genuine guy to deal with. He even beat my own banks interest rates! The car was ready for me the same day and I am loving my 7 series. I've recommended these guys to family, friends and strangers alike. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Rocky and Ozzie as they have changed my views on how dealerships should and could operate... Many dealerships should start taking notes from these guys. Well done! More

My husband and I bought a 2009 Range Rover from this dealership. After only having the vehicle for a couple of days we ran into a few problems with the vehicle and had to make repairs. The back gate was dealership. After only having the vehicle for a couple of days we ran into a few problems with the vehicle and had to make repairs. The back gate was broken and had many parts that were missing from it which had caused the gate to raddle continuously when we hit a bump or pot hole. After a week of driving the vehicle the front passenger seat continuously made a clicking noise every time you hit a bump or sometimes when you are just driving down the road. After taking the vehicle to Land Rover for repair we had to pay $170 in labor to fix the issues. I then called Rami at eCarOne to see if he would reimburse us for the labor on the vehicle. He was very apologetic on the issue and said that he would send a check the next day to cover our “out of pocket cost”. My husband and I appreciated the kind gesture that eCarOne took to help accommodate our issues we were having. More
I found E-CARONE by actually doing a search on cars.com. I saw a couple of the cars that they had listed and then went directly to their site. The quality and level of cars that they have is quite impressive. They seem to specialize in higher end, low mileage cars and have very good prices. I knew what I wanted (BMW 3 series convertible) and they had several to choose from. They had one with the right specs, and to fit my price range. The sale, Kyle, assistant wasn't high pressure. He showed me what they had, discussed the cars, let me take which ever ones I wanted out for a test drive and was had the next one lined up when I got back. The sales process was simple. They gave me a VERY FAIR price for my trade and, while they explained about the options for extended warrantees, didn't pressure me at all to buy one. (even though I ended up doing so). The only complaint I have is AFTER I purchased the car and I went in the next day to pick it up. The needed to change out a tire that had a side wall bubble, fix a small issue with the back bumper and get it inspected so they could apply for the plates. The car was supposed to be ready the next day at 2:00PM They said they would call me. 2:00 came and went so I called them. They said they were running behind and that it would be more like 4:00. I said OK and that I would swing by the bank, pick up a check to pay the balance and be there at 4:00. When I arrived at 4:00, the car was not ready.. 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00.... Finally I told them that I HAD TO LEAVE by 6:30. The car showed up at almost 6:30 on the dot. HOWEVER, the inspection wasn't done, it had not been cleaned or detailed and It did not have the 1/2 tank of gas that I was promised. While Javis promised to make it right if I could bring the car back later in the week, there was very little (if any) apology for keeping me waiting or for the fact that the really didn't communicate the situation very well. I'm taking the car back this coming Friday to have the final things taken care of.. We'll see how their post sale customer service is.... UPDATE: I took the car in on Friday to have the inspection done and get the car detailed and they made everything right. All in all I'm very impressed with e-CarOne and the whole experience. I'll have no problem sending my friends there too look for a car. Well done e-CarOne More

I went to EcarOne looking to purchase a new convertible for my wife and I. I worked with a salesman named paul and he was very helpful with all the questions we had. However, when I tried to trade it in, information revealed the car had been in a very serious accident. Now the guys at e-carone.com said they’d make it right with me when I confronted them about this situation. Again, be very careful because what they say and what they do, don’t match up. So now I’ve had to get a lawyer to get this costly “mistake” made right. So if you are contemplating doing business with these guys, do extra homework on your own to validate the true condition and value of what they are selling. More
