Process was quick, all told we were in and out with out new car in about 90 minutes. Granted, we knew exactly what we wanted and had done a lot of online research. They were willing to drive the car to an independent repair shop per our request for an inspection. My gripes with them are similar to most places. They like "haggle free pricing" which is a convenient way to not have to negotiate the pricing. However, this is more of a widespread problem and not unique to them. Also, with any used car dealership that has numerous brands and models, they knowledge of the specific model we wanted was limited. Also, management with whom we signed all papers with seemed indifferent to our purchase when this was a car we had been working very hard for and would have liked them to be a little more enthusiastic. Excellent Service This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from E-Carone. I called first to make an appointment to view a vehicle that I saw on their website. Spence This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from E-Carone. I called first to make an appointment to view a vehicle that I saw on their website. Spencer worked with in viewing and testing driving the vehicle. After the test drive I noticed some issues with the vehicle and Spencer was more than happy to have those issues fixed. After putting a deposit on the vehicle I left knowing that I was in good hands in getting those minor issue fixed. Spencer was great in providing me with a daily update on the status of the vehicle and once the issues have been resolved he helped me setup another appointment to test drive the vehicle again. After the second test drive was done it only took an hour to get my trade in and financing done. I was really surprised with how fast the whole process went. I would definitely recommend E-Carone and Spencer for those who are really interested in purchasing a vehicle and having a no string attached, no haggle and great experience. More

I found E-CarOne online and they had a Great 2013 Range Rover I spoke with Bryan on the phone and he sent me a better video of the Rover from his phon I found E-CarOne online and they had a Great 2013 Range Rover I spoke with Bryan on the phone and he sent me a better video of the Rover from his phone. I was in Austin and told him I would be there on Monday at 10:00 A.M. the Rover was ready when I got there. The Rover had a couple of small issues but Bryan took care of it quickly. The whole experience was easy and simple No Pressure from the Finance Manager who wasted no time and it took less than 5 minutes to get the paper work done. Very customer focused, great place to buy a luxury vehicle. We came in late on Monday and had 2 cars in mind to see. We decided to purchase it so put a deposit down. Spenser was our sales rep, he made sure to have the car detailed and ready for us for the next morning. We decided we wanted to see the other car, he was very accommodating to have it ready for us when we arrived. We had a really difficult time making a decision, liked both cars. We asked Spenser for his advice and he gave us us a genuine answer, with some very thoughtful points. It made our decision easier and we ended up with the first car we drove the night before.
