After a few minutes at E-Carone we realized how terrible so many of the other dealerships are, especially the ones that also claim to have no-haggle, wholesale prices. The customer service we received from Elias was outstanding. He went above and beyond what anyone else had done, and was straightforward, upfront and very honest the entire time. We never once felt pressured to buy – which is something i feel is pretty rare in the car buying experience. I have already recommended this place and Elias to some friends and family. Dealer and I agreed to a list of repairs and maintenance to be completed prior to delivery of the vehicle. When I picked vehicle up, none of the repairs were completed. Vehicle only cleaned. All items were eventually taken care of one at a time. This cost me several hours out of my office to take the car to various shops to get repairs completed. With each visit to the dealership I had to make them aware of each of the outstanding repairs. It almost seemed as if their approach was to drag it out and wear me down until perhaps I might concede the repairs out of frustration. I would recommend this dealership and I would likely use them again. Just don't take delivery of the vehicle until all repairs are completed to my satisfaction. More
