Regarding the interaction you mentioned, I would like to clarify that the individual you referred to in your review was not involved in your visit. During your time with us, you had requested to test-drive seven different vehicles, which understandably created a high demand for our inventory team to pull these cars. In addition, some of the vehicles you were interested in were also being requested by other customers at the same time. To better assist both you and those waiting, a manager approached to see if we could help narrow down your selection to ensure we could accommodate everyone efficiently. We deeply regret if this conversation came across as disrespectful in any way, as that was certainly not our intention. Our team always strives to balance the needs of all customers and make the experience as smooth as possible.
