He called me back with more details I had requested. We drove about 2 hours to the E-carone store to see two cars. Justin had both parked out front and waiting on us. The second one we drove was the right fit. We had an idea of our trade in's value. Its appraisal was acceptable. We had looked at other online prices on similar cars to the one we purchased and felt that the price of this car was reasonable. No haggling whatsoever. They serviced the car while we waited and had it ready for us to take home. Excellent experience from beginning to end and if all the sales people do as well as Justin, you will be well cared for. The one downside to the entire experience was that we received only one key fob with the car. We are satisfied with the car and the salesman and the dealership. No reservation in recommending Justin and E-carone. More
