When you walk into the store, you will find a collection of good products and experienced and talented people to talk about them. The buying experience in eCarone was the same. No hassle pricing. Price on the tag is the price you pay, plus doc and other usual admin fees. I was happy to find the car with the packages at the price range. Before buying the car, I spent a month searching for the right car and eCarOne had multiple ones in stock. I was particularly looking for a BMW with M Sport package. ECarOne had several cars with the package which gave me some options. Another selling point for me is that you can test drive different brands in one place. In the past, I had always gone to multiple dealerships to test drive cars. That part was amazing seamless with eCarOne - you select a car in the kiosk and it will be parked in the front within minutes for a test drive, I drove multiple ones and as usual went with BMW, but a 535I this time. My overall experience with eCarOne has been very pleasant. I doubt I would get a better experience in other places. Tricia Hanes has been extremely helpful. Besides helping with the car selection, she also worked with the loan officials in my bank. All I had to do is spend a couple of minutes signing the papers and I was done. I strongly suggest and recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to give them a try. More
