For starters the car that i purchased was advertised to have a Camera already installed which it didn’t . I was unable to purchase the vehicle on the original visit because the salesman was unaware that the car had not been inspected. I was then asked to place. $400 deposit to hold the vehicle until the next day. When i return that next day i then waited to speak with finance to close the deal. The lady in finance was extremely nice and did everything to make sure that I left happy. I was told on Friday that the 400$ would be refunded. It is now Monday and I’m still waiting on the email that i was promised as a receipt for the refund of the $400. I’m still a little taken aback that i had to put a deposit on the vehicle when i couldn’t purchase it due to the dealership not keeping the inspection up to date . Surely i will recommend the dealership to another person based on the competitive prices, however i will caution them about the service and that when your quoted a price and monthly payment it will change More

Brake light on and it was on E when I finally got to drive it. Ended up buying one but Justin didn’t sit in car with me to make sure I understood features. That’s not horrible, but would have liked clock to be correct time, better air freshener for cigarette smell, filled up gas tank, and an oil change as the notifications show it needs one. Spent $40,000 on a car and had those items been addressed, I would be very happy with my purchase. Actual paperwork was quick and easy. More
Poor Service, Safety defects I asked the salesman if there were any warning lights or annunciators, and he said NO. The car has numerous systems that do not work (see below). These can not be missed as the whole center of the speedometer lights up with the non-op warnings. The car also had a large scratch on the hood, that I was not told about. No one could handle the paperwork (that literally took less than 5 minutes) for over two hours. I was not a walk in, eCareOne had 5 days notice of my arrival time and a cash customer. The car's Distronic system is not working so the Cruise control, Pre-safe braking and Pedestrian Recognition do not work. The Blind spot monitoring does not work. The Lane keeping assist does not work. The Eco-Mode does not work. Again this was displayed in the speedometer whenever the car is started, so impossible to miss. Even with a 5 days lead time knowing when I was arriving, the car was not ready. I waited over 2 hours, with no car, no paperwork, etc. Many safety systems are non-functional, with warning displaced whenever the car is started. I really question if the car was not ready due to poor service, or if it was a planned delay as the salesman knew I needed to get on the road, so I would not have time to fully look over the car. More
