Quick and easy. This was such a great experience when buying a car. They gave me what I wanted for my trade without and haggle on the price. From the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left with my new car was around an hour and a half total. That has never happened. Saleswoman was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Tricia was her name. I would highly recommend using her for buying your next car. More

Lies, High pressures tactics, Poor customer service!! I started off working with Ash and all was fine. Was passed on to Joey because Ash took a day off (still fine). Took off work to come purchase the veh I started off working with Ash and all was fine. Was passed on to Joey because Ash took a day off (still fine). Took off work to come purchase the vehicle Ash and I had made a deal on. Could not get in touch with Joey while driving 130 miles to dealership (Joey had over 20 hours prior notice of my ETA) showed up and took another 30 minutes to find Joey. Joey tells me he has no idea where the car I wanted to purchase is. 23 minutes later the car arrives. I go to test drive the filthy, not detailed, and out of gas 2015 BMW X5 m sport. Car was nice all things considered but needs a front and rear tire as they were at 2/32nds tread and should not pass state inspection. Came back to dealership ( 15 minutes later) and low and behold Joey had taken a lunch in the middle of our deal. When he comes back I tell him about the tires and I wanted them replaced. Joey brings in Masoud ( sales manager) Masoud tells me at first because the car is priced so low they cannot cover the tires. I then advised him hecannot pass inspection with this car to even sell it. Massoud then tells me he will replace the tires but with a different brand ( so I would have a dunlop and bridgestone on the front and rear of an X5 msport) I told him that would most likely then void the remaining manufactures warranty that they so touted as a selling point. I then demanded my car keys back on my trade vehicle and go to leave. Masoud stops me and tells me he will change the tire but will do a less expensive brand for all four tires, I agreed to those terms. by now I have been at the dealership for approximately 2.5 hours. I then see a couple in the parking lot loading a very nice Mercedes SUV onto a trailer, An EcarOne employ pulls up next to them in an suv and unloads four new tires in the couples truck bed they are using to pull the trailer. I asked the couple if they negotiated the tires into their deal and they stated yes because the tires on the car they bought were so badly dry rotted. I leave for the day with paperwork in hand to sign and the car to take home and show my wife ( its for her). I stop at a gas station tree miles down the road to fill up because the car is still on fumes and notice when I come out of the station they didn't put any kind of temp tag/dealer tag on the car. Go back and got that handled. Came back Saturday (next day) to complete the sell. I requested the deal for the tires be put on paper as all credibility is lost at this point for this business in my opinion and even began recording all conversations with Massoud, Ash, and Joey utilizing my cell phone for later evidence if needed. They try to rush me out the door but then I requested the floor mats for the vehicle as I was told they had taken them out when they detailed the car ( it was not detailed or washed by the way) Ash tells me if the vehicle does not have floor mats in it then they never received any and I was out of luck. I then pointed out to him that I had already been told by Joey it did have floor mats and all the other cars in the showroom were missing their floor mats as well. Ash tells me he will find them. Takes over an hour and Ash brings a blue plastic bag and request the key for the vehicle so he can put the floor mats they found in the truck area. I followed him out because he seemed like he was trying to hide something. I then started to pull out the floor mats to inspect them and they were FILTHY! and the driver floor mat was not in the bag. Another 45 minutes goes by and they write another IOU for a $100 dollar credit at my local BMW dealership for a replacement floor mat. I then hand over the completed paper work to complete our deal. Long story short is this dealerships customer service is horrendous and they lie so much they forget what lie they have told you. I do like the car but the only connection with the car and this dealership is they bought it at auction and posted it on their site. I was not cleaned or inspected as advertised or stated to me when I told them I would be driving up to see the car and make a deal. I still don't understand how this vehicle passed state inspection yesterday so I could drive it away but I intend to follow through with reporting this business to the BBB as well as the Department of Public Safety due to the inspection fraud I suspect is going on. Stay far away from this dealership unless you prefer to absolutely NO customer service, Lies, and High pressure sales tactics More

Slow and incomplete This dealership took 5 1/2 hours to get me in and out. Car wasn’t detailed when I purchased had smudges and streaks all over. Floor mats weren’t put in. Had zero “teaching” over the car. The battery to my remote start went out the next day. Just several things you don’t expect happening when purchasing a car for that dollar amount. Staff is very nice and friendly but the service could definitely improve tremendously More
