Friendly Service however not very efficient Blake was extremely service oriented and very helpful. But unfortunately your only as a strong as your weakest or least efficient team member. For starters the car that i purchased was advertised to have a Camera already installed which it didn’t . I was unable to purchase the vehicle on the original visit because the salesman was unaware that the car had not been inspected. I was then asked to place. $400 deposit to hold the vehicle until the next day. When i return that next day i then waited to speak with finance to close the deal. The lady in finance was extremely nice and did everything to make sure that I left happy. I was told on Friday that the 400$ would be refunded. It is now Monday and I’m still waiting on the email that i was promised as a receipt for the refund of the $400. I’m still a little taken aback that i had to put a deposit on the vehicle when i couldn’t purchase it due to the dealership not keeping the inspection up to date . Surely i will recommend the dealership to another person based on the competitive prices, however i will caution them about the service and that when your quoted a price and monthly payment it will change More

That’s not horrible, but would have liked clock to be correct time, better air freshener for cigarette smell, filled up gas tank, and an oil change as the notifications show it needs one. Spent $40,000 on a car and had those items been addressed, I would be very happy with my purchase. Actual paperwork was quick and easy. More
