The car dealer was really rude and short to me, not giving me the time of day and not willing to have a conversation with me. The lack of friendliness from sales rep was off putting. He also walked away from me when he didn’t hear what he wanted from me regarding the car, and was only willing to have a conversation when I made the decision that I did not want the car and was out the door. I almost didn’t purchase from eCar because I did not want to give him my money after the way he treated me. I also was not made aware of any warranties until after I already went to go pick up the check the next day and it was too late. Recently, I went to CarMax with my friend to purchase her car and that experience was a million times better than mine with eCar. The sales rep was nice, friendly, and focused on the client. I think I will be going to CarMax from now on. More
