I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk lady, she called Tricia over who put me the car for a test drive. Overall the car seemed to be in good shape and the price was fair so I decided to take it. Tricia was friendly, helpful, and straight-forward. I met John for a quick minute and he helped remove an after-market radar detector from the car that I did not want. Financing was a breeze, I'd say it took about 5 minutes, and Jamie was able to get me a lower interest rate than I was previously quoted! More

Bought a car Overall the buying experience is better than a traditional dealership. I didn't trade anything in on my new purchase, so I can't speak to that aspect Overall the buying experience is better than a traditional dealership. I didn't trade anything in on my new purchase, so I can't speak to that aspect of this business. Only a couple of things that bothered me: There is a dent and scratch on the driver's side mirror that I didn't see when I drove the car initially. It's only an aesthetic concern, but I think it happened at the dealership during the make ready stage. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the problem until I got home. The other thing that almost caused me to kill the deal was the Data Dot anti theft thing. Adding $300 to the price of a car for something I didn't want just rubs me the wrong way and gives your dealership an air of seediness and illegitimacy. My insurance agent informed me that the premium savings as a result of having that on the car would be $1 per month. My salesman was fine to work with and the F and I person was very nice and didn't try to push any after market extras on me. More

I was in contact with one other dealership prior to using eCarOne and they had by far the worst customer service ever. When I found the car I liked on eCarone's website, I called the number and spoke with Tricia. I told her what I was looking for and my time constraints etc. She was so easy to work with, so nice and caring and understanding. One thing I really appreciated she did not pressure me too much. When financing worked out I came in and she made the rest of process so seamless and easy.
