Felipe was highly courteous, was well prepared to go over the features of the vehicle, and pointed out the included options as well as the defects that were present (nothing major just normal bumps and scratches). The showroom was comfortable with refreshments offered and very friendly staff to assist. One opportunity for improvement would be to add more staff to the financing team - there was quite a long wait due to a queue of buyers seeking financing on what seemed to be an extremely busy day. We found cheaper cars in other places or so we thought, till we compared apple to apple, you can't get it better anywhere else. Junk, for a cheaper price at other dealerships? yea sure, but not the quality you get at ecarone. Well maintained cars, they go for the best, trust me, we shopped around and NO ONE came close. And, Keith L, my oh my, he is the absolute best~est (yeap, he deserves a new word) He is a wonderful guy, he is not a regular basic sales guy, so no, he ain't selling you fluff, or blowing smoke up your behind, or bum (pun intended) he gives you the real deal. He is patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and oh, he will go above and beyond to make you happy. We went back there mostly because of him, he raised the car buying experience so high the 1st time, we just couldn't compare him with others when we visited other dealerships. I mean, it will be like comparing a bootleg version of Fast and Furious, to HD version of Deadpool. Unfair comparison, IMHO. (a bootleg F&F, is better than HD version of Deadpool, just so I am clear). (We went to Autos of Dallas, yuck No, story for another day. Grapevine, McKinney, we met nice sales men at these dealerships, but no one like Keith. We can go on and on and on and more on, but let me leave this right here, if it ain't Keith, you are missing the magic you need in your life and car! Ecarone is all around a great dealership, friendly people, u are in and out in no time, even if you're using their financing. No BS, just straight to the point, in and out, boom done!. 10 stars out of 5 in everything. Keith is probably, 10.5 stars out of 5 stars, yea, he is Awesome! Nuff said, just try him, then, Thank me later. P.S I HAD TO ADD THIS After driving my car for 2 days, I realized the wheel was vibrating when I step on my brake. I took it to BMW dealership since the car was still under warranty. They checked it and realized that the front rotor was bad which was affecting the brakes, they also recommended that I change the rear rotors which also means new brakes. I immediately sent Keith an email, (I got the car on a Monday and this was a Thursday night) Keith, responded promptly, got the inventory manager involved, they asked me to bring the car back and within 24 hours, they had everything taken care of. Not only did they change the front rotor and brakes that required immediate attention, they went ahead and changed ALL FOUR!!.Some dealers would have found a way to get out of not changing the rear rotors, not these guys. I am telling you folks, except, I decide to go live under a rock, I and everyone I know, will buy all our future cars from ecarone, including sight unseen. No dealership has it this good. Wonderful Service folks!! More
