Sales team member, Keith Lindlau, responded immediately providing answers to my questions. Several weeks went by before I was ready to buy.. Keith was the perfect salesman.. I didn't get annoying calls or dozens of emails harrassing me. He answered all my questions and offered great advice to a first time Mercedes buyer. His guidance was on point. I ended up traveling from MS to TX to test drive the car of my choice...and purchased my new to me car.. it was exactly as described. World Class Customer Service experience with Masaud!!! Experience with this dealer has been phenomenal start to finish!!! I chose this dealer over others that were not helpful and made me feel as if the Experience with this dealer has been phenomenal start to finish!!! I chose this dealer over others that were not helpful and made me feel as if they were more concerned about selling a car than they were about helping me. From the jump I had a great guy to help me out. He had a totally different approach that I could tell was genuine and authentic. This was my first luxury car purchase and the comfort I felt through the process I attribute to his character and ethics in which were directly aligned with the help I so desired having previously experienced the exact opposite. It was a very great experience for me, but my reason for this review is to also make mention that the experience did not stop there!!! To avoid over exaggerating or creating any negative perception of the awesome car I got from them I will just say this..... After completing the purchase there were a few things about the car that did need attention. I called them expecting to have to fight with them about what was needed. I spoke to the guy in charge named Masaud and he told me he would get it corrected asap.... no questions asked!!! I didn't have to plead, nor argue my case THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! He ordered the parts and when they came in it was the middle of the weak. I drove the car there and without me even asking he ordered and paid for an Uber to take me back to work!!! Car was also done by time I got off!!! Car had new parts, riding smooth, and was looking good!!! Masaud is a TRUE Service Professional, friendly, and AWESOME to work with!
